Mincost Ltd

Made two recent purchases from Mincost. I stumbled upon them after doing a google search for a local company with good reviews. I was especially grateful for the wonderful advice by both email and over the phone and was not oversold. I wanted an automatic mower and had an open budget but was surprised when I was sold one at well under £1000 for a good size garden and it works superbly. I could have been sold one at twice the cost and been happy with the result. Would highly recommend and I now won't go anywhere else as the advice is second to none and very reasonably priced too. Came across this company while browsing for battery operated spray bottles. The web site was easy to use, products easy to review and best prices. I ordered a Gardena sprayer and it arrived very quickly and well packed. I’d not hesitate to buy fri: this company again.

Delivered the goods quickly and at a competitive price.

Paying the extra for next day delivery is an option. I placed my latest order on a Saturday and the item is scheduled for delivery by the Post Office Weds afternoon.

My first order arrived the next business day - requires a £10 supplementary charge.

What super service. I ordered a coiled Gardena hose and a lance. A very competitive price. They were delivered well packaged within 48 hours. DPD managed to put the two packages on separate vans, not mincosts fault but a little annoying for me. I would defo order from this company again as cheaper than Amazon . Well done !

Just what you expect but oftentimes isn’t. Good stuff Mincost. Package arrived earlier than expected and driver waited a couple of minutes whilst I checked contents and with good humour. No rush or dash or reversing over the front garden!

Purchased an automower last year and had it installed. Have had excellent service. Installation was faultless. Ongoing customer care and aftersales have also been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mincost and the team. The store also has a large selection of products for your garden and home DIY needs. Friendly service and competitive prices.

Their price was competitive, customer service was good and they helped me out with my request very effectively and the delivery was quicker than I anticipated. All in all, my experience was very good.

Like one of the previous reviews I also was a little dubious about ordering from this company as I had not come across it before, but I had no need to worry as I received an email immediately after ordering and another email to say it was on its way, and I received the product within the time frame given by Royal Mail.
I would definitely recommend this company as I am a very wary customer when ordering online and always research any company before ordering and check reviews!

Had never heard of Mincost before but gave it a go! Ordered Gardena weeding trowel and secateurs. Arrived in good time. Cheapest option even taking into account shipping cost. Will buy here again.
