You can get most of the essential from the place. Parking available. Area is clean. Perfect concerns and service from the staff.

Great bunch of staff. Always friendly but always overworked. People moan when they are not at the tills but there’s only usually two staff on at a time and they are expected to do 10 jobs at once. Been my local shop since it opened so five stars for you guys

Everytime I have been here there's no one at the check out. You seem to stand there like a lost sheep waiting for the shepherd that never comes. Atleast the lady this evening was polite the older one in the morning speaks to you as though you were causing a inconvenience. Nice looking shop the lack of service is ridiculous.

I have visited only twice as not local to me - the first time the man at the checkout was constantly talking into his 'headphone' & didn't acknowledge me while putting my purchases through the till & when I got home, I found the bread I had bought was out of date. The second time, the girl at the checkout was very friendly and helpful, but again when I got home, I found that the Cravendale milk I had bought specifically because this usually has a long date, was on its last day!! The moral is, if you use this store, check the dates of your purchases because it seems staff don't!!!

This location does not exist - the co-op is located on the junction of Longford Lane and Horsbere Drive which is approximately 0.7 miles further along Longford Lane.

Ordered for online delivery and almost all items either wrong or missing but still charged. Having to drive to store. No one answers the phone. Absolute joke. Won’t be using again.

We have ordered groceries (Delivery) online. Most of the items delivered were either the wrong items or in the wrong quantity. We have tried to contact them and they were never answering the call. Bad experience from this store.

Never anyone on the tills when you need them, Poor customers service. ignored waiting for service while 3 people stack selves.

They have automated tills there now, which don't take cash... So please don't wait at the till to be served, you may be a while. Staff must be scared of actual customer service... Or the old king flu 🤧
