Excellent products made to order from the finest quality oak. Beautifully made. I purchased my living room furniture from House of Oak last year and I am so pleased and proud of my furniture, I came back this year to buy my dining room furniture. As everything is made to order there is a wait for the items to be made and delivered but I guarantee it is worth the wait. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing family business, a great range of quality products of excellent standard. The salesman was not pushy at all and left us to browse around the wide choice available. The delivery was quick only 4 weeks to wait for our fantastic new dining table & chairs. The delivery men were very helpful & polite too! Would highly recommend house of oak!

Love this place. So much to see it took 2 hours to view all the rooms in the buildings. Lovely furniture and well worth the prices asked.

I bought the double larder in blue. House of Oak were very accommodating is delivery times, I was getting the house plastered and new flooring but wanted to buy it at the sale price. They kept it for me until I was ready - small scrape to one of the legs which had knocked the paint off and dented it. Came back two days later to fix and you cannot tell at all. Very impressed and totally recommend

We ordered online, service was excellent and they delivered earlier than expected. The products are as you see online, they look even better in situ! The delivery men were polite and effective. We will use again 😁 thank you for the excellent service.

Had an amazing experience with House of Oak. I'd ordered a coffee table but misread some details which meant the table might not be suitable.
House of Oak replied swiftly to my email, sorted out any concerns and made sure I received a suitable table.
The delivery driver was so helpful carrying my delivery up some steep stairs; he didn't complain, just made sure everything was to my liking.
The customer service and the quality of the furniture are both outstanding - it was a real pleasure to deal with this company.

We recently bought 3 pieces of living room furniture online from House of Oak and we were so impressed with our dealings with the staff; they were all so courteous & polite, everything happened as it should. We had to return one piece and have it replaced, and again, nothing was too much trouble. We love our furniture!

An excellent emporium of oak furniture spread across 4 shops. Staff are very helpful with lots of brochures to take home. We bought from them last year and the kit arrived in tip top condition, the team unpacked and also inspected the furniture before leaving. Parking at site can be fun with a car park to the rear and also roadside bays. Well worth a visit plus lots of nice walks in the area.

Love this shop. They have beautiful good quality furniture at decent prices. You are not constantly pestered by sales reps, they leave you alone to look but are there with helpful advice when you need it. Ordered numerous items and have been informed it is ready for delivery after 10 days. Highly recommend this place

From entering the premises to delivery of my furniture the whole experience has been an absolute pleasure! In store staff couldn't be more helpful and the pricing is very reasonable. I was particularly fortunate to find the Beech AT-11 Kansan plane glass print picture in the clearance room and think it looks spectacular on my wall!
I also spotted the lamp in the clearance room and although I didn't buy it when I visited I rang and asked if it could be delivered with the furniture. I'm so glad I did.
The delivery went very smoothly and the guys were consummate professionals.

Its been 20 or so years since I last shopped here and can say the service now remains as good as always.

Brilliant store with loads of great ranges to choose from. Staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Bought a high quality piece of furniture which was delivered on time. Very pleased with the whole shopping experience. I did travel a fair few miles to the shop so was very pleased a customer toilet was available, always a bonus.

Fabulous - beautiful furniture, unusual pieces, one off bargains.
We pass this shop every week when travelling to Holmfirth providing childcare for grandson's, but usually before /after they open. We made an effort to be there for opening time last week, and were extremely impressed.
We purchased a shelving unit and were even more impressed when we were told delivery to Hull was free of charge!

Delivery FREE - very few retailers offer free service today. Lovely chaps delivered, unpacked and placed all furniture upstairs. Placed second order today, they’re top of my list for service, price, quality & lovely people 👍🏻

This place is a hidden gem! Forget Oak Furnitureland and buy here. Some absolutely great pieces to be found. Spread over what seems like tens of thousands of square metres of floor space. Just as you think you've got to the end, there's another room/floor/building to explore! The stuff here isn't cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. We were in the market for a triple wardrobe and we found exactly what we were after. Only trouble is, we have a rather tight staircase, which previous company's had failed to get wardrobes up. Not a problem with House of Oak! They tried to deliver it and surprise it wouldn't fit. So they simply took it back, cut it into smaller pieces, re-delivered it and put it together in our bedroom. Beading of the same wood was used to hide where it had been cut. Until it was pointed out, I wouldn't have even noticed. Top notch service and no doubt we'll be buying here again.

Having not heard of them before we took a chance and ordered bar stools, could not be happier. The service was great, delivery was quick (even in the current circumstances) and the bar stools are excellent quality. Highly recommend.
