Good lay out with plenty of space. All looks very clean and tidy. Lots of machines to choose from.
Staff member very helpful and knew his products. Did not feel any pressure to buy. Will highly recommend. Needed to replace washing machine.

Visited with my elderly friend on Friday afternoon and received excellent service. The two young men (I don’t remember their names sorry) were going above and beyond to help us and accommodate our needs, even getting my friend a chair to sit on. Well done team and happy Christmas!

Just wanted a microwave to pick up. Currys had almost no stock in Thetford but found what I wanted for a fast click and collect from Hughes. Friendly people in store and smart new premises.

Excellent service, and I'm very pleased with my new Sony Bravia 55" 4K television. Tina was incredibly helpful, and clearly explained the benefits of each of the options available. The details of my 5 year warranty came through a few days later as promised. Strongly recommend Hughes, and the Thetford Store!

Great staff very helpful Gavin was most helpful assisting and sorting out our tv delivery he managed to bring it forward 3 days and get it the same day I ordered it even though the van was already on it's rounds thank you Gavin and the drivers for managing to do this for us.

Good service from the manager Dean to Robyn and other sales person. Had a problem with my old Apple, they sorted it. Had a BUG in my new Asus laptop,they sorted the problem. No arguments good service from Thetford shop.

I have a 65 inch television that gave up on me on a friday. I made the call to Hughes at approx 10am and by 12 am we had 2 engineers out who declared the tv broken. It needed to be taken away for repair. We were offered a loaner to get us by but being used to 65 inches of 4k tv a simple loaner was disapointing. We were floored when they said we could get another 4k 65 inch until ours was fixed!! We didnt want to go the whole weekend without tv especially since it was the start of American football which is important to me. The guys who were very professional and polite made a phone call and said they could take our tv and return with the loaner. We had the loaner by 1pm. If that isnt great customer service then I dont what is. Outstanding,professional,polite 2 huge thumbs up for Hughes.
