Efficient and pleasant staff. Clean store. Manager Nick last week dealt with my return of Salter frying pans under a 10 year guarantee. He was really helpful and saved me a runaround with Salter. I am so grateful for that - thank you.

No-one beats Sainsbury’s on quality, price, selection or service.Tops for freshness, super layout. Wide aisles, excellent self-service area (help always on hand) OR tills - your choice.Wonderful staff. Particularly good vegetable and fish aisles. Fresh bread. Free parking Sundays.The only supermarket I come out of less tired & happier than when I went in.

Sainsbury's offers a diverse selection of quality groceries and household items. Their fresh produce and friendly staff enhance the shopping experience. Although occasional stocking issues arise, the store's cleanliness and convenient layout make it a reliable choice for everyday shopping needs.

Good size have most of the food stuff you require parking in the swan centre is very easy and lifts straight into the shop

Conveniently located inside the Swan Walk shopping centre, good medium sized supermarket with an Argos store on the in side, toilets and a Costa coffee machine by the entrance. Pay and display parking via the Swan Walk car park

Lots of rearranged shelves due to new Argos coming instore, but still very convenient for me to visit and has all the groceries I need, though check out staff are short in supply. The new self checkouts have seemed to help with reducing queues.

I trudged into Sainsbury’s in the depths of my despair after a depressing day. Luckily for me i was met by an angel by the name of Rory. He was so elegant and beautiful that I couldn’t help twiddle my thumbs and lower my gaze due to the nerves. He comforted and caressed me as I continued and completed my shop and I couldn’t have asked for better service. 10/10.

I have watched a young employee on Sunday helping a disabled lady get around. I'm so impressed with how gentle, patient and kind he was. Whenever i have needed assistance in that shop they were all so nice, and helpful , a pleasure to shop in there!

Very well stocked shelves
Staff very helpful and friendly when asked questions.
Overall a decent place to shop.

This supermarket has a great range of goods, including some Habitat household items, Tu clothing and even children's toys

At the back there is an in-store Argos, where you can order and collect items.

The parking in the Swan Centre car park is so much better now that the spaces have been widened and the lift to from the store is very convenient.

They have reinstated the use of a coin to unlock the shopping trollies, so don't forget your £1.

Staff were helpful when searching for things and at the tills.

Always love this branch of Sainsbury's. My wife and I shop here regularly after we've travelled out from London to go walking on Box Hill. It's a nice peaceful place to shop and the staff are really nice, especially Colin who's worked there for many years and is a total legend. Some people just make your day better by the things they say and do and Colin is one of those special people. You always end a conversation with him feeling that you've learnt something or that at least you've come away feeling a bit more positive about your life. People like that are just priceless👍

Good variety of produce, never very busy. Great for a quick in/out shop.

Clean, orderly, uncrowded, decent selection of quality goods, respectable & friendly staff who are always genuine & helpful. A pitty some displays are not offered somewhere in the stores outlining the family history, values, principles, priorities and input to the UK and elsewhere that Lord & Lady Sainsbury, and other family members, have so consistently delivered over the decades. Genuine thanks to all who contribute to such.

A good Sainsbury’s. Very large with many different items in stock and one of my favourite places to grab a quick lunch from because the food to go section has a very wide variety of items.

Big car park always very busy. The click and collect service is fantastic. When you go into store it’s very clean and bright. Shelves are constantly being replenished so I find the fresh food is very fresh.

Worth going back. Sold out on first vist. Alot of standing but staff very knowledgeable.
