Once I paid for vacuum and vacuum wasn't working properly. I asked for refund and in answer there was a women working there, came checked on the cemented floor and said it sucking with power and time is also not even 1 min, so I'm not refunding anything.

2 x Diet Coke - £49. Still no refund after they cancelled a bottle of JD for not being in stock.

They have no alcoholic stock.

Ordered a late night bottle of JD and Coke through Deliveroo and they cancelled the alcohol and tried to deliver the 2 cans of Diet Coke for £49. AVOID.
