City Residency

A good hotel at the heart of the city with a good restaurant, bar attached and neat rooms for a comfortable stay. You have got many tourist spots nearby to enjoy.

It was a great stay I had at City regency. I stayed 4 star hotel with a decent price. I would like categories my experience as 3.

1 - Hospitality.

The staffs was very corporative and customer friendly. Especially I would like to mention their manager Mr. Dinto. He was so admirable and understanding the customer requirements. All there staffs are very polite including house keeping and room boy

2 - Rooms

The rooms were very spacious it was so neat and tidy. They are maintaining all the standards of 4 star hotel. I was astonished while seeing there bathroom. They were providing all necessary items like different lotions, tooth kit, shaving kit, soap. I am attaching all photos with this review. The main highlight is they have provided all these facilities for just 1650 rs. It is totally worth for this money.

3 - Food .

The food was so amazing and restaurant had a premium ambience with reasonable price. I had a chance to meet their main shef Mr. Jitesh. I requested to visit their kitchen and he accepted that without any hesitation. The kitchen was so neat and they are following proper standards for preparing food. I personally recommend special chicken wings fry it was so delicious and I ate some chef special dishes which was so appetizing. They had several options for North Indian tourists including white rice.

I would personally recommend to visit this hotel and try their food.

4 Star hotel at the centre of Nedumkandam town. It's a little difficult to spot from the road. It has very well maintained rooms for reasonable price and it has a very good restaurant. A party hall on the 2nd floor is ideal for a small function and has a seating capacity of around 100.

Decent rooms .delicious food are available specifically staff service is appreciable.

Visited here with my colleague Francis while going to Kumily to meet Mr.Shine, Deputy Director of Idukki Tourism Dept and had breakfast here. We had Parotha and Chicken and Fork. Good food and was very tasty. Talked its owner he said that he have less business because of Nipha virus problem and he lost entire business this season particularly Arabic guest.

While returning back from Kumily we had Lunch also, Lunch was Chicken Briyany and it was late by 3.30 PM.

Affordable charge, good hospitality, clean toilet, great cuisine. In short ,a peaceful stay.

Located west side of nedumkandam.
Newly reconstructed Bar and residency.
I usualy use this space to take reverse of my car .
The road in front of this is narrow so this gate is always helpful for parking and taking reverse .

Good Choice of a Hotel in Nedumkandam. Situated very closer by in Nedumkandam-Kambam main road. Hotel is bar attached. The facilities inside room are all good in shape and quality
