Beautiful Fort on the banks of the sacred Narmada River with a section converted into a heritage hotel. Rooms are aesthetically set up. Terraces have lovely views across the river and the ghats. Staff are courteous and attentive.

The resort is too clean. Here you will get best Indian and western food. It was worth every penny

Ahilya fort was built by Devi ahilya Bai holkar on the bank of narmada river.
The breath taking view from the top of the fort will blow your mind and I assure you will all have a great experience here.
Specially handmade sarees and cloths are the attractions here that you can't stop yourselves from purchasing atleast one or more sarees.

Not much to be reviewed for this hotel as this is part of the heritage and they surely have maintained it.
The food though is somewhat an adjustment for Indian guests. They do follow a strict menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it is curated keeping in mind foreign guests as well. The swimming pool is very clean and there are other amenities as well.
As I said they have maintained the overall standards quite well and it's a must visit to experience this heritage.
