BURDWAN STATION TICKET COUNTER

This station is so good . Neat and clean but if it will be more clean then it will be more good . There should be more seats to sit because the number of passengers are much . Otherwise everything is good . I haven't came much time bt as I spected this station i gave my review.

Very big railway station. But the sweet shop nearby is very bad.

Too congested. The employees are really slow. Technologically backward. The ticket vending machines do not even work. Lack of manpower. No strict surveillance over the place place by the police or railway authorities to avoid any misconduct in any case. Getting help regarding any issue from the employees there is really a matter of luck.

Located at the right side of the main entrance building. Besides the ticket counter there are two ticket vending machine being operated by experienced person working on commission. This has prevented overcrowding of the counter.

I am a daily passenger of chord line locals. I usually buy tickets from uts now a days but earlier I availed the ticket counter. They staffs were fast. Many people buy tickets from there.

Multiple counters to avail tickets for reserved and unreserved category you can buy tickets from ticket vending machine also. Come with few time in hands as counters remains too much crowded most of the time.

You have to turn left from entering gate and you will get ticket counters.

Nice,10 over ticket counter have there and 24/7 available. Famous lancha, mihidana also from (gones suits, rajlakhi mistanna etc) .

It is very good and conjusted arya.It is very important station for West Bengal but some primium trains are not stop here.I request to Indian railways to allow primium trains for Stop here 🙂🙂

So nice place to get tickets and there is separate lines with separate alignment&enough counters to avoid crowds
and less time.EVM machine is available.

Use the ATVM or else use UTS for ticketing. The person who are sut in the counter thinks they are the railway minster just working for timepass.

Enough space to sit and good number of ticket counter also digital ticket cutting counter available. Escalator facility available at all platforms .

Counter services are good,5 ATVM Machine available there to avoid long queues and easy to buy tickets instantly...

This is usual railways counter which has the facilities of booking unreserved and reserve tickets. The staffs are very much helpful and they work very good. I have very good experience there.

Everything is good but the cleannniness of the ticket counter is bad . Hope it will recognize soon by the chief minister and safety guard of the station .

People are great at helping. Ticket counters are not that busy. Takes about 5 minutes or so.

Crowded as usual but kind and efficient people are making it awesome 👌
