Ristorante Bar FITZROY Gressoney

After a big day in the mountains, we were treated to a wonderful meal and lovely atmosphere at the Fitzroy. Excellent wine selection, a variety of dishes for all tastes and extra attention to our dietary restrictions. They spoke French, English and Italian, and were able to take us through the options - all of which were delicious and filling. Looking forward to going back!!

Best of best in Gressoney la Trinite'. Here they do not simply cook, they make Cuisine. Really a place to go. Nice atmosphere too.

An exceptional well crafted experience. The food was incredibly delicious with fantastic presentation. The owner took us through the menu with incredible passion and dedication. The restaurant provides an authentic calm atmosphere. Overall it was a truly memorable dining experience that I can strongly recommend to anyone.

Discovered this beautiful little place whilst skiing with my sons…….. fabulous service, food, especially the cheese’s and the wines that are all local. Allessio is a wonderful host and alter tried the other bars, kept returning here and loved every aspect of this lovely place.
The Aosta wine Fumin is a very well kept secret (and @ 30 euros!!!) and I’m working hard to track it down now we’re back home but it’s proving a tad elusive; looking like we’ll need to return to the bar🍷♥

Emilio is a great host. The local food is very good but a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area. He advises on nice wines or special grappas mostly from the region. My personal favourite was the chocolat bomba desert. It is really delicious.

What an incredible place - I mean both the restaurant but also the coolest bar outside. The service was just above all expected - great, passionate & so friendly people there. We visited the bar each day: had the burgers, the frites, the pizza after long trekking around the valley - the bar also had the great music vibe - at the weekend also a live band (wow - what a great idea - bravo for the concept); the restaurant with such great choice of very tasty food and exquisite wine list. We loved both bar and restaurant for the food, but above all for the people :))) strongly recommend it!!

Delicious food, two brothers who just enjoy to serve the best of food and drinks out of Aosta valley to their customers. We will certainly come back.

Sadly we found this wonderful bar and restaurant with only three days left of our our skiing holiday but I am so glad we did! Where do I start , the best pasta we had all week , the nibbles provided if you are just having a drink by the fire 🔥 , the brilliant service from lovely members of staff ,the attention to every detail . Booking is recommended as understandably this is a very popular establishment. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

One of the best restaurants in Gressoney LT. We ate lunch and dinner, based on local ingredients which were fantastic. Our waiter's recommendations were on the spot and his explanations enriched our enjoyment. High quality and excellence!

We went here 3 times on our stay in Staffal. And everytime the food was amazing, the staff was 11/10 in service. It was both educational and GREAT food. My recommendation is the vegetables as apitiser and then the lamb. 6/5 experience so happy!

great place, knowledgeable staff and superb attention to customers. a bit pricey but definitely for a reason. you definitely get what you pay for. and there’s also a fireplace which makes the whole place very cozy and pleasant to spend the evening in.

We had perfect dinners during our holiday, the two brothers who own this restaurant are doing an excellent job, delicious food and wine, very friendly and as surplus good advice about walks in the beautiful valley. We already look forward to come back during our ski holiday! Thanks a lot to the two brothers!!

We came here for aperitivo and were so impressed we came back for food. Amazing quality and the staff are a good laugh. Highly recommend.
