This hotel is a wonderful gateway from city life. The SPA and related services are top level, with the personnel always ready to assist and provide the best experience possible. It is located not far from ski facilities, and on summer the hotel provides guided trekking and e-bike tours. Returning from the activities, a small free buffet of cakes welcomes you back before thermal pools and SPA treatments (extra charged of course).
The range of treatments is really complete and delivered by professionals.
In the evening, the restaurant offers great dishes of italian and regional cuisine.
The whole of it in the splendid frame of the Dolomite Alps, that require no presentation.

Great spot from the get go. Check-in was easy. Although driving to the front door was little confusing (google maps issue not hotel issue). The spa was wonderful and enormous! Private Tyrol was a relaxing treatment. Salt Grotto is a must do. Many pools to enjoy. Right in the center village of town so everything is walking distance. Check out the excursions and sign up! Breakfast is a feast. Dinner (half board) is a necessity since it is very complete with many options and really no need to leave the hotel after a long day of hiking and exploring. Can't wait to return.

Everything from the rooms, the restaurant, the spa, activities and the staff is superb! We have stayed at Adler Dolomiti twice and Adler Balance once and loved them both. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and well-appointed--we had a balcony overlooking the grounds and spectacular mountains at both properties which are linked by an underground passage. The breakfast and lunch buffets are amazing with something for every taste. The breakfast is a bit more extensive at the Adler Dolomiti but there's plenty to choose from at the Balance, too. The kitchen at both can pack a lunch for you at an extra charge. Dinners are a gourmet affair at both properties with attentive service and excellent wine service. The spa is incredible-- the saunas, pools, salt grotto, jacuzzis all inviting and perfect after a day of hiking. We booked several massages and the Tibetian Sound Bath, too-- so soothing! Activities like daily guided hikes and e-bike tours are also included. We hiked somewhere new everyday with Alexander, Pauli or Thaddeus-- all local, knowledgeable guides who add an extra element of fun to the hikes. There are also yoga and fitness classes-- really something for everyone. The staff is also incredibly helpful and kind. We can't wait to return!

A great stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Ortisei. The bar is great for a drink pre or post dinner. The Spa is absolutely superb, with special mention of Alesandro who does a specialist sauna experience which is great. All in all a very good time was had by all and we will certainly return both to Ortisei and to Hotel Adler

Absolute value for money, I wouldn't mind paying additional 50% for the stay and experience.
The actual resort appears much better than the pictures.

Facilities were way above my expectations.

Highly recommended for senior citizens who want to relax and even for families with kids.

Everything is perfect about this place. The staff was so friendly and kind. The food is in incredible and the location. Just a short walk to the Seceda lift to one of the most breathtaking views you can ever imagine.

I was never so pampered in my life. This place is an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us way and beyond. Even though the hotel dates from 18th century, it is very modern and they offer different activities. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant, breakfast was a buffet with meat and cheese variety, eggs by order, lots of pastry, homemade granola, yogurt and fruit salads. The lunch is usually light but tasty and dinner is 5 course with carefully picked menu. Food was amazing and we tried some traditional Tyrol food wit a modern twist - loved it!

For some fun activities you can rent ebikes, go hiking, do yoga, swim in the inside and outside pool at relax at the spa.

Truly an enjoyable experience, totally worth it.

For the past 20 years I have been to hotel Adler. The food is amazing and the spa is amazing but the service is the best. The service is the best because they always try to improve and make your experience outstanding. Like for example our favorite waiter in the restaurant his name is Dritan and at the front desk you have Christina she is friendly and she always tries her best to help you. They are the reasons and of course there are many more employees why we come back.

We spent two nights in this amazing hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Room was very nice and spacious and the bed was huge! As was the shower. This hotel is more for couples that can relax and enjoy the pool, spa, romantic dinners and activities.

The Seceda mountain and Alpe di Siusi are close and you can go there by bike or hike.

The food was amazing and very tasty, variety of meat, cheese, fruit, pastries for breakfast and a 5 course dinner. The menu was amazing, you can choose from 2-4 different meals for each course. They usually have desert buffet.

All in all highly recommend it.

My wife and I finished our 2 week honeymoon in Italy with a wonderful 4 day stay at The Adler Spa and Resort. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Beautiful rooms, wonderful amenities and exceptional staff. We stayed on the side where it is adults only where children are not permitted to stay and on that half the dining was 5-star, but with prior notice to the reception desk, we were able to enjoy dining on the family friendly side. Which we found ourselves there about 50% of the time. Seeing the Dolomites at sunset is an absolute MUST! We had considered going to Spain and Portugal for our next vacation in 2021, but we are going to go back to Italy and stay at The Adler instead. We look forward to our next Adler experience!

Amazing staff. Amazing food. Amazing spa. And amazing infrastructures. Amazing the fact we can go around the hotel and eat using our vests. Only con is a bit expensive.

The spa is ridiculously good, so many amazing things about it. The outdoor whirlpool, the hot salt water infinity pool, the hay sauna, blossom steam room, panoramic sauna....! Wow
