Cascade Ristorante Pizzeria Bar

The food was very good! The beet root risotto was extremely flavorful and a perfect texture. Unfortunately, the non alcoholic drink option page of their menu that was posted online was not in the physical menu at the restaurant. Also, the waitresses didn’t come back to check during the meal so we were out of water and thirsty during the meal though were unable to get more.

Came in late around 8pm from other city and I was asked by the waiter whether have reservation or not. I was asked to sit on the higher table cause I does not have reservation. After finalised the order I just randomly ask one of the waiter to take order. The male waiter does not Want to serve us and told me that there will be another waitress come to serve us. This is funny and I’m not happy with this service. Food was good overall

As soon as you enter, you can feel that busy atmosphere.
The seats were almost all full, luckily had a seat of 2 for us available.
The menu was organized with spring selections, their most recommended, and as it is a Pizzeria; a huge selection for Pizzas!
What I was most impressed was for each dish on the side had a recommended pairing of wine that goes well with that dish, that was quite interesting!

The waiters were quite busy and was a tad slow in getting us plates,but that was totally fine thanks to their positive attitude.

We ordered:
1. Filettini di maiale
2. Primaverile classica pizza
Filettini was beautifully plated and the flavors were rich and savory.
Primaverile classica was a pizza with white Asparagus on the top with the special Bolzano sauce on the side.

Overall, had a great experience and enjoyed the dinner.
People may say this place is a tourist trap, but in my opinion the pictures and their communication in english was a plus to my experience and the dishes do justice!

We sat outside, the staff are really friendly, super quick service, food is nice we had (pomodoro pasta and penne all'arrabbiata) their tiramisu is halal it was so delicious.

We ate here on our first night in the Dolomites and it was great! The server was very kind and attentive, and the food came out very fast! The pizza was delicious, and sitting on the patio overlooking the city and mountains was a nice experience. Highly recommend!

We had a dinner with our friends (three children and eight adults) and the food was delicios.Two of the children wanted a second plate of pasta. Service was really fast while athmosphere was great. As a recommendation, after a day long skiing, portions of pasta might be considered small hence go for a two course menu plus desert. You will not regret it.

Had a great pizza dinner late night after 10. Thankfully this place is open till 11 pm. Very courteous folks and the pizzas were delicious. It was fresh and the ingredients were yum.

The food was really delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. The waiters are really helpful and lovely. I would recommend to have the tiramisu and vanilla ice cream as deserts.

A lovely little restaurant in Ortisei, very reasonably priced pizzas which tasted great! The view is really beautiful near the river here too whilst sitting outside 🥰

An amazing place in the heart of Ortisei. We had pizza and and it was delicious 😋 crunchy and every bite full of taste. Highly recommended pizzeria. Tiramisu was outclass 👌 I never had such a delicate and delicious tiramisu before. Can’t get over it. 😍 Thanks for the hospitality. I’ll come back soon 😀

I ate here every night of my 3 night stay in Ortisei. In a town where meat, dumplings and bread feature heavily in most restaurants (none of which I eat) I found some nice options here. There are plenty of staff and they are very attentive and friendly. They smash out an awful lot of pizzas here so they must be good. It was always busy yet meals came out quite quickly. Also this restaurant has the most handsome waiter I've yet to encounter in all of Italy!

We were very well attended every night we ate there, food was excellent and the atmosfere both inside and outside is very nice and cosy.

Great place! We were there two times, both times very deliciuos food both for us adults and our kids. Very very busy place but anyway very good service and even though visable on staff that it is rather hard in peak times you feel welcome! Warmly reccomending!
