Hotel san Vitale

This is an amazing place, right in the heart of Bormio. The hotel itself is beautiful and well constructed. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are particularly helpful. One of the best places I’ve stayed lately.

Italy's best kept secret! It feels selfish not share how good this place is. The bakery, the rooms, the central location, the friendly staff.

The hospitality industry needs to take an example from this place. An exceptional property with great, attentive staff, an unbelievable breakfast made to order and an awesome location. The room we had was split on two floors, very spacious, more like a house than a room. All for a very reasonable amount of money. Must visit Bormio during the summer. Bakery next door is part of the hotel and possibly the best tortas I’ve ever had. An absolutely fantastic experience. Parking in a nearby underground lot with clear instructions.

Beautiful hotel with ever so friendly staff, lovely rooms with a few great gifts inside, breakfast was lovely. Brilliantly situated for road trips etc. Will definitely be back

Excellent hotel. Hotel is family-owned and the family's spirit is reflected in the beautiful interior, delicious breakfast and overall warm atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again. The family's unique touch and insights into the local area made our stay an unforgettable experience. Paolo, one of the owners who is also a keen cyclist gave us many helpful tips for our cycling holiday. And kindly arranged a birthday cake for my partner from the bakery next doors which his family own as well. 5 stars!

A beautiful and very cozy hotel. We wanted to stay here longer, but unfortunately there were no available rooms. Modern, clean, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The location is excellent. Parking is also no problem. It is difficult to wish for something more:) We’ll definitely come again 🥰

Nice rooms, included bike storage, small but fine spa area.
But as many other guests already reported the breakfast and especially the staff are what makes this place special.
If in the area I will definitely return.

Great location, very nicely renovated.
Staff is highly skilled and devoted!
There is an ELEVATOR which is important.
Breakfast is fresh and all pastries come from next door Bakery which is superb.
Rooms are amazingly Clean and maintained.
Comfortable bed and effective shower.

Available parking 3 min walk from the hotel (costs money but worth it).

10 min walk distance from the hotel to anywhere in the City, including the ski lift.
Lots of restaurants in a walking distance.

A modern boutique hotel right at the centre of Bormio’s historic center that we would happily come back to. Paolo and the girls at the reception were friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was great, private parking for our motorbike was ensured, the room was very spacious and fully equipped with details that matter, and a list of suggested restaurants was provided ahead of our arrival. We did miss the “view” element from our room, for the price of it, but I think that since Bormio is a bit more expensive as a destination when it comes to accommodation, the value for price balance is probably just about right. Definitely recommended if it is in your budget.

Fantastic little property in the heart of Bormio old town. Great modern renovation, all wood, steel & glass. Good breakfast, nice touches with the bottle of wine on arrival.

Very nice small hotel, room had 2 levels, great view from both windows. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, tasty breakfast and small spa area to relax after hiking.

Only stayed one night, but now I wish we'd have stayed longer. The hotel rooms area beauty that combine modern aesthetics with rustic wood charm and the breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty.

Recommended to come here for breakfast by a local restaurant owner (which says a lot in itself) and found the service and breakfast to be first class 🤩
