You first get a pass and it gives you entry to all the lifts which is very useful. The food was good and the skis were in good condition .The bet time to go is early in the morning before the crowds so you can get your skis sorted and not loose time on the slopes! The instructors were very friendly and it was A ONE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!!!! highly recommended!!

Grate place, lovely people. Especially a gentleman in ski rental shop who borrowed us a helmet free of charge.

Great slopes for Beginner/Intermediate level skiers and very friendly staff everywhere. Make sure to check out Ciuk and Bosk Bass bar on the way down.

Great skiing ⛷ in World Cup pists of top 🔝 quality. The downhill race is 2nd toughest only after legendary Hahnenkamm Rennen in Kitzbühel. Bormio is a cosy and classy ski resort. Warmly recommended. 🌟

One of the best ski resorts in Europe, balanced price for value, weather decent, protected inside the mountains. Good food options and locals very open. Bus schedule almost perfect.

Great slopes (most of them are red), well-maintained lifts and cable cars, not too many folks during Christmas time.

Very nice ski resort. Everybody can find slope according to knowledge level. Convinient underground parking under main gondola is 5Eur/day, fair price.

Well maintained slopes for beginners to advanced, not so much for experts. Very accessible, plenty of lifts, lots of places to eat and drink. Ski pass is valid for the neighboring resorts as well, which you should definitely make use of, passes grant access to buses ad well - Santa Caterina especially has more advanced slopes and great scenery.

Fantastic on every level. We speak almost no Italian and had a very easy time renting gear, buying passes and navigating the terrain. So refreshing not getting ripped off at every turn like they do in the States. We paid $165 total for two adults in demo rentals and lift tickets. Lunch with beer was $10. We can’t even ski the garbage dumps in Michigan for that much. Don’t pass this up!

I enjoyed Bormio ski a lot!! Went there for 2 days with my bf and spent a great time. We were both beginners to intermediate at ski but we managed very well to ski all down the slope from around 3000 many times, as the slopes are wide and not very crowded. The infrastructure for ski cable cars is in very good conditions and the queue are really short (we only waited once for about 4-5 min, while the rest of the queues were even shorter although it was weekend and February). I would definitely go again!

If you are looking for adrenaline this is the right place, you can get your speed high on Bormio ski slopes! And if you dare to ski down from the "Pista Stelvio", you can feel the freedom and emotion that also ski athletes have when they compete every year in the Ski World Cup in Bormio.
For the beginners there are also suitable areas for skiing.
And after a long day on the slopes.. You can enjoy some relax at the thermal baths :)
