We had a couple massages and was a great experience. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. The two masseuses were very nice and friendly and they did an amazing service. I’ll definitely go back.

I loved my time there, I actually regret I did a 5 hours entry only, should have stayed all day! I didn’t sleep in the hotel, but got there around opening time in the morning so the 9:30 entry slot, even if was a Saturday there were very few people in morning, started to get more busy around lunch time. the snow outside made it even more beautiful

It was the most magical day. The facilities are amazing. Many thermal pools to choose from outside and a great choice in saunas. Buffet lunch was great and a good restaurant service offered.

Bagni Nuovi is an all around five out of five, excellent spa - to the point we fear it's only downhill for us now when it comes to spa experiences. There are numerous pools, saunas, hamams, and various other hot and cold treatments that can keep one busy for a whole day. The facilities are clean and luxurious. The outdoor views are breathtaking. There is a lot of attention to small details, for example the multiple stations for hydration, which leave the spa visitor with a feeling of being cared for during the whole spa journey. Already planning to come back. Congrats to the whole team 🙌

One of the best QC Terme in Italy. Location is super and from the pools outside there is an amazing view over the mountains.
In terms of services everything is 5 stars! Staff is super attentive, rooms are big and with all comforts and, there is plenty of space outside with many things to do.
I really recommend you to have dinner in the hotel, the dinner room Salone dei Bagli is super!
We will come back for sure.

Beautiful, historic, dramatic. Breathtaking views of the alps from the outdoor baths. Awesome place to stay! Just book it with the thermal path/spa. Worth every single bit. Repurposed historic rooms and cabins into saunas, nice meaningful writeup of the baths (dramatic but makes you feel you're out of this world) and a well thought of path that makes you feel rejuvenated. Special shout out to Giula from the front desk! Your warm hospitality made us feel at home! We'll be back!

An ideal place to rest located in the greenery between the mountains. The staff is very professional and courteous. Any question/request is done right away. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

One of the nicest spas I’ve visited. Amazing scenery and the most surprising thing I found was a wood burning finnish sauna! And it was at about 100-110 degrees which is heaven for people who are always frustrated about the cold in most saunas around the world outside Finland. There’s colder saunas inside the main building. I only tried the spa but would love to come for a stay at the hotel.

Third time we went and I loved it every time! We always stay at the hotel which I can also totally recommend.

The thermal bath is beautiful with different areas to bath, relax, sauna and refresh. Robes, towels and shoes are provided, so all you need to bring it your bathing suit.

You can eat lunch here and recently also enjoy an apero early in the evening. Especially the lunch is always super yummy! There's also a restaurant that serves breakfast (for hotel guests) and dinner at the hotel.

Out of this world experience. The combination of thermal baths, mud baths, ice baths, and aromatic scents, put together with a beautifully crafted narrative. I would give it a 10 stars if I could. Shout out to the front desk staff Giula who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful

We have loved absolutely everything about this place. The interiors of the villa, the garden and communal areas were well kept with attention to the details. The terme were amazing and the food great. The only negative note for us was the breakfast. We paid 50 euros for two people and got very low quality food, definitely not worth the money.

Mind blowing atmosphere, stunning views with thermal stations. No taken for granted items are dislocated all over the patch, the next spot as you walk in is not gonna disappoint you since it’s always surprising and well implemented. Snowing flakes magic get the most out of it - marvelous

We are familiar with hot spring in Japan and in Taiwan. It’s a great surprise to be in Bormio, Italian Alps town with such a great installation for thermal enjoyment.
Bathing around the high snowy mountains and in the mist and clouds is just an incredible experience.
The hotel is very classy with excellent service. I like the apples every where in the hotel. They are grown in the region. The dinner and breakfast are perfect.

An incredible spa. The best that I have ever been to. A must visit if you are in the area. The outside pools are amazing, and there is a lot if them. The inside area is also huge offering a lot of different unique water procedures. Even with thr place at full capacity the people were well spread out and were never in the way. The limit on the max amount of people is really low, so you can allways enjoy the spa on your own. Would suggest to make a reservation beforehand. The cafe was good too. A must come if you are in the area.

This place is now on my return list. I don’t like spas but this one was amazing. Outdoors, natural hot mineral water from the fountains. Lovely breakfast basket. The staff we’re super friendly.

The spa is a historical place close to hot springs used at least by Romans. Bagni Nuovi is beautiful in old style, s true Grand Hotel good enough for Hercules Poirot of James Bond. The rooms are of good size and beautiful. Service is perfect whenever we have visited. There's a shuttle to Bagni Vecci, and the Roman baths, infinity pool and the cave. I recommend minimum minimum two days here but 3-4 days to experience everything. The dinner can be enjoyed in spectacular surroundings enjoyed mainly by royalty. I very much recommended Bagni Nuovi.
