Very pleasant stay. Clean and large room. Good breakfast. Easy walking around the small town and very close to the Passo di Stelvio!

Nice hotel, a mere 5 min.s walk from the main square. Clean and modern rooms, decent breakfast, garage parking space provided at additional costs.

It's a great hotel, comfortable, with quality rooms and great views. Everything is spotless inside. There is a nice bike room, with tools and everything you need. Breakfast is abundant and lots of choice. The owner is very friendly and they go the extra mile to help you. This hotel is a great choice, quality and modern, but at the same time traditional. The location is perfect.

A very nice and clean hotel in the middle of the mountains. 13 minutes walk or free bus to the slope. Excelent food, covered garage.

Spent a week and a half here, could not recommend this hotel enough. Amazing staff and friendly feel to the whole place. Best hotel in bormio.

Hotel sertorelli Reit - A place to call home!
We are a couple who stayed at this beautiful place for five nights and everything was as expected.
Very clean,cozy and warm room as well as all the common areas of the hotel.
We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast, very very delicious!!
At last we have to point out the kindness and the helpfulness of mrs. Marialuisa and the rest of the staff!!
We recommend this accomodation and hopefully we will return at some point in the future!

A lovely hotel that is fantastically positioned for cycling the mountains around Bormio. It is right at the bottom of the Stelvio and very close to the foot of the Gavia. The Mortirolo is 20km away down the valley and there are several other superb rides that can be done easy from the hotel such as Lago di Cancano or over the Foscagno to Livigno.

The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly and will go out of her way to accommodate you. The breakfast buffet is excellent with fresh breads, cheeses, fruit and cooked meats as well as delicious cakes and pastries. Freshly made coffee to order by the great staff.

The rooms are very good, quiet with an extremely comfortable firm mattress (in a good way) which you really appreciate after a hard day on the bike. Pillows are decent too. Lovely views across the town and valley with the impressive mountains. Sleeping with the windows and curtains open is lovely, especially if you get a late night thunderstorm with lightning arching across the sky (or simply close the double glazed windows and curtains for a very peaceful sleep!)

Excellent parking garage (though book direct to reserve a place rather than the usual hotel booking sites) and a very secure bike room with hanging racks, a good selection of tools, a decent bike stand for working on your bike, pump and sink. Fridge in the room and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away to stock up on after ride essentials (coke, crisps and chocolate!!!)

Second time there and I will go again.

Summer visit. Super friendly staff; great breakfast, location; spacious rooms for three people; modern bathroom; open to the outdoor space which was great. Nice views. would be equally nice in winter for sure.

The perfect hotel in Bormio for everything.... 2nd visit was lovely. The mortirolo and gavia climbs in 1 day not so lovely.

Excellent location with great spacious rooms. Furnished in stlye with amazing views and great breakfast. Parking available for a fee (5€). Staff was very polite and spoke English.

Room 206 beautiful view, excellent breakfast, gluten-free also, very clean rooms, good bed to sleep, convenient, parking better be reserved to be sure you have a spot, good parking spots. Nice that check-out is at max 11.

Lovely hotel just a 15 min walk from the slopes. Rooms are cozy with a nice view. Also very close to town and a supermarket

Visited in summer. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is well spaced too. Hosts are super friendly. Will be revisiting!
