This is a great restaurant in a great location in Rapallo. The prices are very reasonable (coming from a family with three kids). The atmosphere is pretty laid back, so it is kid friendly. We also like that there is a big variety on the menu. One of our favorite aspects of Vesuvio is their friendliness. The staff are very friendly and patient. They interacted with our children and were patient with the little Italian we knew. We highly recommend the fried calzone (see the attached picture), it’s unlike anything you can get at other restaurants in Rapallo.

Absoletuly beautiful food, great and helpful staff with a sense of humor, central location and if it's too busy or you are in a rush, you can always ask for take away! Strongly recommend!

La nuova stagione è alle porte e il ristorante-pizzeria Vesuvio è fresco di riapertura. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, ma nel weekend si DEVE assolutamente prenotare per non essere gentilmente rimbalzati.
Gli spaghettoni della casa sono straordinari, ma anche la frittura di pesce e la pizza. Patatine tagliate a mano e servite con la buccia. I peperoni cotti al forno sono fantastici. Di questo passo non sono riuscita ad arrivare al dolce, ma le fragole sono state una degna conclusione😎
