A very special, family run place; I have been coming here for over a decade. They have the best quality meat in the entire area. If you care about where your meat comes from, how it has been treated, if you care about heirloom breeds, thoughtful farming, Slow Food, and high quality delicious, all natural products, then this is the place for you. The views out the back are unbeatable; the jazz nights are unforgettable. This is more than just a butcher shop or a simple restaurant, it is a way of life!

We had lunch here during the truffle festival and it was wonderful.
Not your typical setup, very casual, super friendly owner. Pretty much everything you eat and drink there comes from their own production all made within less than 10 km.

Macelleria Sergio Falaschi is a wonderful butcher shop in San Minato. They are long time Slow Food supporters. They have great meat and homemade sausage for sale, and a restaurant in the back of the store serving delicious food. It's very traditional in the sense that they offer only a few dishes that change with the season and day. There is a view over the hills from the covered terrace (if you want to sit on the terrace be sure to call in advance). Your lunch will be a real experience, do what we did, try everything! You won't be disappointed.

This butcher shop is home to an exemplary local butcher that does things right. I have never had such wonderful cured meats and cheeses. The dining area is rather small so you may have to wait a little bit but the town has much to offer in sites and small shops. Do not miss out if you can't dine in buy some meat and cheese to take with you..

All is well with this wonderful place. Great food, stunning sights, warm atmosphere.

I went here to get dinner and lunch for the next day (on the via Francigena) and got the Russian salad, beef schnitzel thing and meat balls and it was awesome. Seriously, if you want some delicious and fresh food hit this place up. SO GOOD.

Simply the best view I've ever had from a restaurant. The meat starter, ravioli, grilled beef, sangiovese, and desserts were excellent.

Giovedì 23 Novembre. È servito solo affacciarsi al bancone della macelleria, uno sguardo e la fatidica domanda alle 21:45: "Siamo ancora in tempo per una cenetta con i fiocchi?" Risponde Andrea (il titolare): "Scegliete un tavolo!" Ovviamente, abbiamo scelto il tavolo conviviale! Un vecchio tavolo bianco da macellaio dove, da lì a poco, avremmo assaporato degli affettati e secondi spettacolari! Le foto parlano da sé! Grazie per la piacevole serata! Una certezza!

Macelleria in centro a San Miniato. Cenato con antipasto di crostini e successivamente tartare con un contorno di cavoli marinati. Tutto veramente eccellente. Molto bella anche la sala panoramica.Tornerò sicuramente. 5 stelle meritatissime. Paolo

Dall'esterno potrebbe sembrare una normale macelleria, ma avvicinandovi scoprirete del Retrobottega!
Un posto particolare ricavato,appunto, nel retrobottega della macelleria. Il locale ha una bellissima sala con vista sui colli che, purtroppo, durante la nostra visita era già occupata... Ma vi assicuro che anche pranzare,come noi, nella prima sala con dei prosciutti appesi alla parete ha il suo bel perché!
Il servizio è cortese e familiare, il menù è giornaliero.
Nel nostro caso abbiamo iniziato con l'assaggiare alcuni salumi di loro produzione tra cui va sicuramente fatta particolar menzione al "Fantastico"... davvero unico!
Abbiamo proseguito con la zuppa di legumi, anch'essa molto buona. Ma a farla da padrone, quel giorno, era il sovraccuore (spero di ricordare bene il nome), un particolare spezzatino di patate con cuore, polmoni e trachea: ottimo!
Ci sono state proposte anche delle "polpette degli innamorati" che, considerata la qualità della carne fino a quel punto, abbiamo subito accettato volentieri.
Per finire cantucci con Vin Santo e due fette di schiacciata di Pasqua.
Il tutto, ovviamente, annaffiato da un buon San Giovese della casa.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo.
Consigliato e sicuramente da riprovare.

Macelleria con tavoli e terrazza per consumazione in loco. Menù con salumi a kilometro zero, carne e patti tipici dell’entroterra toscano. Buone le polpette di vitello, buon vino rosso di una cantina locale in mescita. Ottimo servizio, gentile e veloce.

Volete mangiare piatti a base di carne a San Miniato e vi interessa andare al sodo senza fronzoli e ricami? Non c'è altro posto dove andare! Qualità dei piatti proposti, disponibilità e cordialità del proprietario e del personale. Adeguata scelta di vini. Prezzo finale nella media. Location suggestiva. TOP! A presto!

Promosso a pieni voti. Affettati / formaggi molto buoni e delicati. Tartare unica. Costine e tagliata davvero molto buona. Alla fine il conto molto meno di quello che pensavo. Consigliato.

Consigliatissimo se siete a San Miniato. Ma può essere anche una valida scusa per andare a visitare il borgo antico di un bel paese un po' troppo sottostimato in Toscana. I prezzi non sono così a buon mercato come dicono in molti, soprattutto in considerazione del menù risicatissimo. Si mangia bene e il posto è delizioso. La terrazza sul retro offre una vista magnifica.

Spettacolo. Raramente metto 5 stelle ma questo lo merita
