SalBoat fishing experience to Capri, Amalfi Coast & Sorrento

Sal and his family go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great trip. My daughter and I took a sunset cruise with Anna and Frank. They were so fun and accommodating. Dinner was delicious, especially the homemade cake and limoncello. We got to take stops to jump in the water, visit a fresh water waterfall and see the entire Sorrento coast and surrounding area. It was the highlight of our trip. I definitely recommend.

Sal and his family went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. They were extremely friendly and engaging. Sal even provided a homemade lunch, made with homegrown ingredients, for everyone on board and it was fantastic. The boat itself is quite nice and accommodating for a relaxing fishing trip to Capri. My friends and I had an amazing time, and I’m certain you will as well.

In addition. We wound up being the only 2 people on the day we booked (I think a big group cancelled last minute!). Most operators would have cancelled but these guys where nice enough to still do the cruise even though it was just my wife and myself.

Delicious home made 'snacks' towards the end, which was basically a 3 course meal (we did NOT need to go out for dinner afterwards!) And some home made limoncello to cap it all off 🍋🥃

We had the best day fishing off beautiful Capri. Sal and his family are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We had loads of time to swim, fish and see the local sights. Highly recommend this trip.

Did a full day tour out of Sorrento to Amalfi & Positano with our host Anna & Skipper, Frank.
Everything was brilliant & timed to perfection. You get 90mins to explore in each destination, full commentary (in English) along the trip about the coastline & points of interest from Anna who is clearly & understandably passionate about the beautiful coastline where they live.
Lunch was a stand-out as the fresh produce comes from the families own land & is so fresh & tasty.
Finally you get to stop at a boat only bay for a swim or snorkel which after a hot day exploring Positano is a welcome refresh.
Highly recommend doing this trip.

My husband and I went on the day trip to Capri. Sal and his team were so friendly and professional, without exception. Lots of helpful information given in order to make the most of our time on the island and the swim stop was simply divine! Wonderful Italian hospitality on board. Food was delicious and drinks were most welcome. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a great day with Sal. We traveled from abroad and started communication with Sal weeks before our trip to Italy. He was responding to our questions quickly and with great detail. We took the train from Naples to Sorrento in the morning. Sal picked us up from the train station. The boat was nice, with shade. The group was about 10 people and we all had great time together visiting Capri, fishing, swimming. Sal's assistant Anna took great care of us and she cooked amazing lunch for all of us, including the fish we caught, fresh pasta, and cake.
This day was the highlight of our trip to Italy. I highly recommend Sal and his team.

Today we had the most amazing experience to Isle of Capri with SalBoat, skippered by Sal and Anna. This family owned business goes out of their way to make sure your day is the absolute best. Both Sal & Anna were so so friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble. I think the maximum persons on-board is capped at 15, a nice number to feel like you are all special. We sailed around part of the island with excellent views up close, then dropped off at Marina Piccola for a 4 hour stay on the island at our leisure then picked up for the rest of the island tour, a stop for a swim, lovely lunch on-board and a leisurely sail back to Sorrento. We highly recommend Salboat to anyone thinking of a trip to Isle of Capri. Great price for pick up and drop off to your hotel, a fabulous in depth sail around the island with 2 wonderful, helpful and caring people.

Sal was really polite and responsive. He took us from our apartment. We had a really wonderful day and trip with a lot of interesting information that he provided, homemade food and great views! Thanks a lot!

We went to Capri with Sal and Margherita. They were the absolute best hosts. Sal provided transportation to and from our hotel which was so helpful.
Once on the boat, we rode around Capri, had enough time to explore Capri and had a fantastic swim afterwards. They provided a lovely little lunch made with vegetables from their family garden.
Loved this family run tour!
Note: take Dramamine or the Italian equivalent if the sea is rough. A few on our boat didn’t and they got sick. Sal does a fantastic job of managing the boat around the waves but if the sea is choppy, it’s a bumpy boat ride!

Amazing day on the water visiting Positano and Amalfi Coast!!! Everything was wonderful - the boat, crew, places we stopped and even the weather. Highly recommended!!

4 year running I've be to sorento catching ferries to different towns in hussel and queuing for ferries but the salboat is something else believe me pick you up and drop you off the trips are amazing with food and drinks in the price expert knowledge of the coastline and can't do enough for the passengers 10 out of 10 from me will use again for fishing trip next year

Our family took the Sal Boat coastal tour and visit to Capri island on our recent trip to Italy. The whole day was one of the highlights of our vacation. Sal and his crew were great hosts; they picked us up at our hotel, they fed us homemade food, and they gave a great tour of the Sorrento coast area, we went swimming off Capri, and then they drove us back at the end of the day.

If you are traveling to Sorrento and want a fantastic day on the water I’d highly recommend booking a boat trip with Sal and his crew. We will definitely do it again if we return to Sorrento.

The group size is perfect (12 people), this is well organized and was one of the highlight of our trip in Sorrento, highly recommend it and would do it again for sure

Beautiful experience….You can arrange pick up at your hotel ,Salvatore talks about all famous things during trip….Is realy marvelous to see all that from see.We have visited Capri,the boat took us to La Piccola Marina and than we took taxi to Annacapri…My recomandation is to take chairlift to see the view….And than bus to Capri….Or taxi,but ita a little bit expensive…

Sal picked us up from our hotel. He is very kind and friendly!!!! i’d like to emphasize that he is super lovely and genuine person! With that being said, it made the experience even better! My husband and I booked the shared sunset boat tour for we are celebrating our honeymoon. Luckily, we were the only guest in the boat and we are grateful that he didn’t cancel our booking. Sal surprised us with a bottle of wine instead as we watched the sunset. Then, we had delicious homemade food prepared by his family. Sal and Anna went above and beyond. My husband and I both had an incredible experience. We will forever hold this beautiful memory in our heart! What a good way to start our venture in Sorrento!!!!!!!!!!

This is a small family business, run by the Father, Son and Daughter. They’re competing and outperforming the major commercial tour groups with something special that you simply cannot replicate on a commercial level.. Tradition.

Sal, Marriana and the father Franco take groups of people around the stunning coast of Sorrento & Amalfi coast, along with tours around the surrounding areas such as Capri Island.

These tours typically include planned swim stop-offs, English/Italian and other language speaking historical summaries of the main archaeological sites, and the most important, a traditional lunch with homegrown produce on the boat.

Highly Recommend Sal’s Boat Tour for Capri. Please do not look further. This is the best boat tour we have ever done. Our family of 4 spent the full day on Sal’s tour to Capri today. It was a fantastic experience enjoyed by everyone onboard, Sal was friendly and helpful with 5 star treatment the entire day and as this is a family business they provided so many delicious homemade food and drinks which were tremendous. He gave us lots of information and tips, know where to stop and stop for us to swim. He makes sure everyone from young children to older couples are happy. It is semi private tour group, 14 people for us. It is perfect. Best tour day at Capri. Grazie Mille
