Mr Groppi and Mr Giannino took great care of my friend and I when we played golf. From the initial scheduling to game day, Mr Groppi was fully hands on, and really communicative and friendly. Once we’d completed our game, Mr. Giannino at the front gave us a short tour and explained how the resort worked, the history and gave us amazing suggestions for places to visit in the area. Many thanks to them! The golf and scenery are almost unbeatable, and we basically had the course to ourselves. Will be coming back!

Family of 4 with twin 10 year old girls. I have seen some of the negative reviews, but we loved our one night stay. This hotel and spa was the perfect place to spend one night on the way to Tuscany after arriving into Rome on a trans-Atlantic flight from the States. The check-in was wonderful that included a complete tour of the property and the amenities of our room. We booked the larger one bedroom suit with fold-out sofa. Plenty of room for all of us. The entire property and thermal baths were amazing. We all felt incredible and rejuvenated after the swim.

Yes, breakfast was a bit unorganized. It took asking 3 servers and close to 30 minutes to get our coffee order. But the offerings at the buffet were excellent. I would absolutely stay here again at the beginning of a trip to Tuscany.

There was also a Lamborghini event at the hotel that added to enjoyment of our stay.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a drink (and later dinner) at the bar there due a breakdown with our rental car. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, sympathetic to our problem and trying to help us. The bar itself was lovely with a good live singer and tasty food.

Surrounding by mountains in Tuscany you find this delightful Hotel and Spa. With amazing treatments and the benefits of thermal baths from the Roman times. Really magical. The water is 36.5 Celsius and is plenty of minerals and vitamins for your skin and health.

This is an awesome place - here are things you should know for the spa. I was a spa/club guest, not a hotel guest.

There are a lot of options to book and it can be confusing. I think the best deal is the full day club/spa/pool access along with a 55 min massage for 180 EUR per person. That may seem like a lot but I've certainly spent more at other nice spas just for a treatment. If you want to enjoy the facilities without a treatment, its 90 EUR per person.

There were a lot of things about this place I wish I had known before, including - its one of the top 5 spa resorts in the WORLD (2023, travel and leisure), the club and spa are separate but you can enjoy one or both. Also, the public Saturnia Hot Springs (the one with the pretty blue rounded natural stone pools) are separate from this facility and NOT part of this property or walking distance (imho). They are a separate, free, public venue. However, all of the pool at the spa/resort use water from the hot springs.

The Club - This is an area that has locker rooms, showers, restrooms, a relaxation space/quiet area, sauna, etc. A club pass also allows you to access pretty much all of the other hot springs pools/waterfalls on the property. You also have access to the restaurants (1911 for nice meals, bistro for casual meals), the boutique, and more. The hotel/guest area is separate and not accessible from what I could tell.

The Spa - This is a typical western wellness spa, with very nice services. There is not a typical relaxation/locker room area (That I know of), because these are at the club. The 55 min full body massage was lovely.

Food/shops - there are a few restaurants and bars on the property. 1911 is the nicer (e.g. more expensive) restaurant but you can dine inside or poolside which is nice. There is a casual/informal bistro and at least 2 bars as well. There is a boutique that sells hotel/spa branded products including some infused with the "magic algae" of the hot springs. Prices are what you would expect to spend at a nice high end boutique/spa store (I got around 5 high-end skin care items for around 340 EUR)

If you have a chance to visit Tuscany and enjoy spas, I highly recommend this location. Its been the highlight of my trip to Tuscany so far. If you want to just see the public FREE saturnia hot springs, then you can look those up separately because again they are not part of the actual hotel/spa.

Amazingly fantastic place to spend a day or two with that special someone.

The property was terrific, and the staff was excellent. Lunch and snacks by the pool were a welcomed way to relax, and the time flew by, to say the least. Try the cold pool a time or two, as that can help with any inflation.

The public area and hot springs are only a 30-minute walk depending on how you go. They are worth the visit. Water shoes or flip-flops are recommended.

If we are in this part of the world again, we will visit this resort.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing service. This is our favorite place that we have EVER stayed. I could rave on and on about how beautiful this place is, but just come see for yourself. Could not recommend enough.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, friendly staff and amazing huge garden and thermal spa pool unmatched anywhere. Nice bar, great buffet breakfast, golf and tennis. A true spa-filled self pampering experience.

We only stayed for one night, but really wish we stayed longer! The spa mud treatment we got really works (it helps relax you down). The breakfast is amazing! Overall the great service and great experience.

We came here just after our wedding day, to get some well-needed rest and relaxation. We had drove for 4 hours on a swelteringly hot day. The reception were beyond kind and welcoming, and instantly made the journey feel worth it.

The spa services, Roman bath, and thermal pool are great! For dinner, we had a shuttle to their Trattoria which served wonderful food and views.

An absolutely amazing place that we will
be returning to as one night was simply not enough! From the moment we pulled up to the gates it was obvious this was an place of calm and tranquility. We were greeted warmly and shown around the property before being brought to our room where the softest robes hung waiting. All staff members we interacted with were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the service was outstanding. During our short stay we packed a lot in, all of which was stellar and worthy of 5 stars. The springs themselves were so relaxing and peaceful and my skin felt amazing after about 40minutes in the water. The bar is well stocked with a huge variety of drinks and cocktails on request. Dinner was Devine with really different menu options all enjoyed while overlooking the hot springs lit by (citronella) candle light. The breakfast truly was one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever come across in my travels with a whole room dedicated to it with counters of
Yoghurt, fresh & dried fruit and granolas, an manned omelet station, a cooked breakfast stand as well as charcuterie, cakes and pastries. The fresh orange juice was amazing and cappuccino was frothy and creamy as expected. The rooms were hugely spacious with a comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. Finally I had a treatment in the spa which was amongst the best I’ve had. This was the perfect start to our holiday which instantly helped us to switch off, unwind and relax.

Beautiful magical place, great ambiance, excellent customer service, they make you feel like home.

Very relaxing for a change if you live and work in a crowded city like london. Nice and warm water in the spring and pool to relax your nerves and muscle. Countryside is very peaceful and calm with great landscape. Would come again as soon as I can

If you like making nature stops part of your vacation, this is a must see. These are beautiful thermal waters. Be sure to wear some diving shoes since the rocks can hurt your feet. The bad part is that it is two hours car ride from Rome. We rented a car, and the experience of driving through narrow mountain roads and small towns was both scary and exciting.

I have traveled a lot ànd one of the beat experience I had was this place. Very friendly staff and the thermal water second to none.

I wasn't an overnight guest, I just spent the entire day at Club Benessere and it was the best relais experience ever. 5 hot tubes, 7 waterfalls, any facilitation you can imagine and sunbeds all around. I can recommend to bring your snorkeling glasses with you, because swimming in the main natural pool is astonishing: you'll see thermal sources where it originates, and follow the bubbles' slow lift from the ground.

One of the best swimming holes I’ve ever visited! Very busy most of the time. Don’t get the water in your mouth! There are little red worms lol!

So cool I totally loved it, the water makes you feel your skin so smooth after only one bath in the thermal pool. I would totally recommend a visit even for just a day, it's worth it!
