La Dispensa ARMATORE | Tonno rosso e Alici - Cetara

We had an amazing time here for our last night in Cetara! The tasting menu was a very fair price and each of the three courses was a good amount of food. Each dish was very fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Delicious food and wine, plus a complementary snack of the local delicacy - marinated anchovies - wonderful! We were very full by the end of our meal and would definitely return to this charming place!

Two nights later, at a restaurant/cafe in Rome, we saw the Armatore brand products for sale, too! Glad to see they are becoming more well-known across Italy!

A fantastic Italian restaurant with a great shaded seaside view of the Cetara coast.

I recommend trying the tasting menu. The dishes were intricately tasty and creative, particularly the octopus with mashed potatoes and the sea bass.

Excellent service. The waitress took the time to translate and explain all the ingredients and details in the entrees. She checked up with us every serving.

One of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi coast. We got a fantastic spot in the outdoor space, with two stools next to each other facing the main square and the open sea. We opted for the 5-course menu, consisting of a fixed entree, an appetiser that included 4 smaller dishes, one main, one second dish,
and a dessert. We paired the meal with two glasses of local wines, a white and a rose, both really good. The food was amazing, and really reflected the history of Cetara and of the people at Armatore. The staff was very friendly, the service attentive and very kind. Very good price for the quality of the food. All the dishes are also available a la carte, but we thought that the 50 € person were well worth it. Really recommended!

Excellent meal. Friendly local service. Can’t wait to come back with friends. Definitely recommend this restaurant. They also offer many premium food products to take for the cook in your life.

Cetara is an incredibly charming town, known for its tuna and anchovies. We had never been and were lucky enough to stop at this little gem. Even though the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 11 a.m., they greeted us warmly and seated us at their beautiful front terrace overlooking the water and the town square. We had a lovely glass of sparkling rose (and ordered more later!) and they brought their signature anchovies and bread for us to try. After we learned the kitchen wasn’t open, they offered to still prepare a small dish of their tuna for us to try. It was incredible. So simple and delicious. Definitely stop in to taste the best this village has to offer (away from the crowds too!). Thank you Armatore!

Delicious! Excellent food with a lot of opportunities to taste 'garum'. Very helpful and friendly staff (the restaurant is family-run). Good view of the bay. It was a great place to have lunch before taking the ferry.

A true Cetera experience. Eating here is a culinary experience. This is not a tourist trap, instead it is a place that specializes in Cetara's treasures of the sea. The staff is very friendly and will guide you through the options, awesome time, can't wait to go back! I wish I brought home more of the Tuna!

Amazing food, had lunch here, all fresh, well made with fantastic taste. The staff very helpful abd friendly! Very very very recommended. And the view.. well the restaurant ia in the harbor, you can imagine how great it is

Posto bellissimo con una vista incantevole. Abbiamo cenato la sera dei festeggiamenti di San Pietro ai tavoli alti nelle grotte. Un'atmosfera magica. Personale accogliente e preciso e pietanze cucinate davvero in maniera eccellente con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero notevole per la bontà delle materie prime e la maestria nell'impiattamento. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla precisione, sia per quanto riguarda la prenotazione che la servita dei piatti. Avevamo il tavolo prenotato alle 22:30 e, a parte un episodio di un cliente che ha avuto un malore dovuto probabilmente al caldo e gestito in maniera molto professionale dallo staff, ci siamo accomodati giusto con qualche minuto di ritardo rispetto all'orario di prenotazione. Da lì in poi è stata un'esperienza di gusto sicuramente da ripetere. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di godere dello spettacolo dei fuochi da posizione privilegiata. La dispensa Armatore è un posto che merita sicuramente di essere visitato. Complimenti a tutti!

Una qualità della materia prima, proveniente dalle proprie tonnare, che difficilmente si batte. La pasta con la colatura di alici buonissima. Accoglienza del personale e della titolare che meritano apprezzamento.
La possibilità di comprare poi il tonno e gli altri alimenti da loro prodotti, è un'occasione da non lasciarsi sfuggire. Se siete appassionati di tonno, alici et similia, ne vale davvero la pena

Pequeño restaurante en la zona del Puerto, está bajo de un arco. Nos ha sorprendido, plato curado y personal amable. Hemos comido en la barra en 4 amigos. Muy recomendado

Location intima e l' accoglienza è stata ottima, personale cortese e disponibile. Sono stata seguita nella scelta del vino. Ogni pietanza è stata un matrimonio di sapori! Ho atteso il giusto tra una pietanza e l'altra, qualità superlativa! La proprietaria Angela è una donna veramente di cuore. Consiglio questo ristorante a chi desidera conoscere i veri sapori di Cetara! PS ho scordato di fotografare il dolce, lo spumone limone/fragola davvero delizioso!

Bel localino nel centro di Cetara. Pietanze buon e ben presentate. Menu degustazione consigliato. Genovese di tonno ottima, spaghetto con colatura buono (forse un po’ troppo “brodoso”. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Ristorante molto caratteristico nel cuore di Cetara. Abbiamo preso due menù degustazione e siamo rimasti entusiasti della scelta. Tutto ottimo, fresco e di qualità ma sopratutto tutti prodotti tipici.. hanno addirittura il pane con le alici di Cetara!
