The pizzas are out of the world!!! Super thin crust and the hosts are so amazing!!! And as always, they carry amazing Chianti!!!

A hidden gem just outside Castellina in Chianti!!! Warm, friendly staff, incredible food, and the perfect setting for an evening meal thanks to their beautiful terrace!

Great local Pizzeria, also good Pasta and Secondi, very nice and attentive staff, spacious and delicious.

The pizzas were crisp, light and super delicious. All the ingredients were fresh. The service was great as well.

Devastated to find out that the magnificent Il Fondaccio dei Dottori is closed:-( although the restaurant in the village is still open, and everything good about here has moved there, so upping to its 5star + to reflect if it was open..

A fantastic dinner, the outside looked lovely but there were large black clouds and we ate inside in a cozy romantic room. The staff were fantastic, and the pizza delicious. Ask for the spicy olive oil to drizzle on top

Ate here for dinner and what a magical experience! The outside seating looked dreamy but because it was cold, we sat inside. We were greeted immediately by the attentive and welcoming host and waiter. Inside the restaurant was a charming cozy ambiance that made you feel like you were dining in a traditional Italian home and your nonna was cooking for you. The food was spectacular and authentic. The menu had a variety of dishes and everything we ordered was to die for. We could see our pizza being tossed from our seat. We ordered two pizzas, a rabbit dish and duck spagetti. Wow! Best meal in Tuscany. We will always remember our experience at this restaurant.

This restaurant is an absolute amazing recommendation! Staff is super super friendly and the 25€ menu is probably the best deal I ve ever had. Includes antipasti buffet, pasta course, pizza course, dessert, wine, water, coffee, and a degistif. Good food and service for little money. Would always come back here!

To eat in this restaurant means enjoying with all your senses. A beautiful terrain with a unique view. The antipasti are a poem.

Ate here twice whilst in Castellina in Chianti. Friendly and charming service with good English!
It's a pizzeria so no surprise the pizzas and calzone are fantastic. They're also a great price at €6-8, and they'll box up your left overs for you too! Pasta primo dishes were also strong choice, I'd recommend the pici (don't seem to find it in the UK), it was cooked perfectly.
Desserts, coffee and even a grappa or limochello all good.
Wine list was on the pricey side, Mid/upper 20's is the lowest end and their 'table'/ house wasn't great. Limited beer selection, but the Italian lager is really good.

Stop in here for a pizza and a beer and you'll be pleased!

Super friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful setting, happy to speak English. Overall definitely recommend if you are in the area. Good value meal.

This place is very nice, good ambiente, delicious food and nice service. Enjoy the Tiramisu and the Pasta with wild boar. It's outstanding.
