Enrico is exactly the right person to run this farm. He is energetic, passionate, and loves what he does. You can learn from him! The greenhouses are large and filled with an abundance of herbs. The food they prepare is well prepared and full of the herbs they grow there. We enjoyed a delicious early dinner. An experience I will remember!

A wonderful experience that fills all the senses! An incredible view, the scent of a huge array of beautiful herbs and the taste of wonderful food prepared with love as is the Sicilian way! Enrico gave the tour in the most natural bilingual way I’ve ever seen, with humour and warmth. His passion for what he does is obvious. We enjoyed every minute.. in fact we were the last to leave after our delicious lunch because it’s the sort of place you’d just stay in all day. Can’t wait to come back!

Enrico and Rita provided my family with the most amazing lunch and tour experience. Enrico’s humor, passion and knowledge blends together seamlessly as he walks us through thousands of herbs, encouraging us to taste and smell, quizzing us on what we tried. His business vision is truly neat to experience firsthand. Rita’s cooking was delicious, encapsulating many of the scents and flavors we just experienced! We took home beautiful preserves to enjoy at home. A must-do and true highlight on our Sicilian vacation

Wonderful tour and dining experience!

It s great to see such unique and creative local herb farm/event center, the owner has lots of herb farming knowledge and speaks perfect English. I learned some interesting facts about herbs and it was very entertaining 😁 such a bubbly personality. Must visit in sicily.

I had the most incredible experience at the herbal farm run by Enrico! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he is not only knowledgeable about herbs but also a fun, passionate, charismatic, and caring human being. His enthusiasm for the plants and their uses was infectious, and I learned so much during my visit.

The farm itself is nestled in a picturesque location with a breathtaking view that is especially stunning at sunset. It's the perfect setting to connect with nature and unwind. Enrico's guidance and storytelling made the entire visit truly memorable.

A very pleasant experience with Mr Enrico this morning. He took us around his place while providing us with plenty of information about the herbs which he proudly grows.

We had the extreme pleasure to visit this farm while in Sicily. Enrique and Rita are wonderful hosts and it is clear they have a passion for what they do.
We enjoyed a nice tour of their farm with Enrique who is most definitely gifted in speaking. His seamless transition between languages was nothing short of amazing! He is engaging and has a wonderful sense of humor, keeping us interested and laughing the entire time. Of course, he is also very knowledgeable about herbs, giving us lots of interesting information about the herbs.
Then came the lunch featuring many of their delicious products. Rita is a true mastery Chef! Everything was incredible! Do not miss sampling Rita’s homemade jams! Wow!!!! Pairing perfectly with cheese. We ended up buying every variety she makes! …among other wonderful products.
Last, but not least are the views! Wow!!! You can see much of Sicily below and all the way out to the sea. Wonderful place to watch the sunset.
This is a MUST see place while visiting Sicily. Truly one of our highlights while visiting Sicily.

We were there spontaniously on Tuesday. Despite there were no open tours, Enrico gave us a small private tour showing his kingdom, with enthusiasm and a lot of passion. They have a huge variety of different herbs and everything, it is also possible to purchase. We had a chance to taste Enrico's wife dishes, which were more than amazing. Absolute visit point in Sicily.

This place is absolutely amazing. The herbs and plant variety and the ability to smell and learn. We had a wonderful tour that blew our senses away! We also enjoyed a lovely lunch with delicious teas and wine. If you are in the Syracuse area of Sicily I strongly recommend that you make the trip. Check the website and see what’s going on and make a reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

While my family & I were loading up our itinerary & looking for things to do while road tripping through Sicily, the Gli Aromi farm came across our radar & we debated on whether on not to put in a reservation.

After our experience, we're so glad we did. It quickly became one of the premium highlights of our trip.

From a crash course in herb farming to an amazing farm-to-table lunch with an unforgettable view, you simply can't come to Sicily & skip the Gli Aromi farm.

Enrico Russino and Rita Russotto are bringing to fruition a beautiful dream at their azienda agricola gli Aromi. On an incredible spot with views of the open sky and sea Enrico shared his vast knowledge of herbs and spices, roots and rhizomes (!) with humor and in Italian/Sicilian/English. Rita’s amazing dinner after the tour is also a lesson in balancing flavor and allowing fresh ingredients to shine. Their love of Sicily creates a joyous experience!

I do not have enough words to describe my amazing visit at Gli Aromi. The place itself is magical, offering stunning views over the Sicilian countryside. The tour is extremely informative and unique in its genre, the atmosphere is intimate and Enrico (owner and host) is the true highlight of the experience: super friendly, fun and knowledgeable, he will entertain you and make sure you'll remember this multi sensorial experience for many years to come!

WOW. Talk about making someone's day! Spending one day in Pozzallo and Scicli, I looked online for an excursion to visit whilst in Sicily. I found gi Aromi on trip advisor and was SO excited to check it out based on the picture and what others had to say about the herb farm. I called in the morning and set up a tour in the afternoon. Enrique was SO very flexible and kind, it was never an issue that I was the only one touring that afternoon, he was more than happy to fit me in and show just me around. The entire facility is beautifully situated in the Sicilian countryside and I would love to return for one of the many yearly events he told me about. (Specialty dishes, concerts, retreats, weddings etc!) He is so very warm, kind and obviously very passionate about what he does. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to say hello and see the beautiful farm. I never once felt like a guest, much more like a friend. He even gave some local recommendations for tasty eats and cannoli! Thank you so much for my favorite memory from Sicily!!! I hope to return someday.
