El Pael Ristorante

A fantastic meal with fantastic ambience & excellent service. The food was something like we have never had, very unique thought-out dishes with a great depth of flavour. We enjoyed the carpaccio & anchovies as starters. The trout tartar pasta and tomato guanciale pasta were also outstanding. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our waiter Boris was such a delight and made some excellent recommendations. Would definitely dine here again. The wine was phenomenal with Roberto’s expertise.

All I can say is if you are thinking about dinning here, I would very much recommend it!

A stylish and professional restaurant, that also delivers tasty and beautifully presented cuisine. Kitchen also serve hearty traditional mountain dishes.

Management and the friendly, knowlegable team are always close by with helpful suggestions for wine pairings from a well stocked cellar.

Best Dinner we had in a while. Their "Piattone" gastronomic dish from 1994 was so good, I couldn't decide, which thing in my plate was the best. Worth every penny.

We were 5 people and ordered 5 main dishes - everyone were fully satisfied.

A luxury restaurant without any pretentious atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on both the food and wine on offer. The food was outstanding and the wine delicious.

Beautiful place, very good food.
The El Pael is a nice little restaurant in the middle of the mountains. The owner Roberto Anesi recommended us some dishes and wines to drink with. It was a very nice experience and all tastet really good ( especially the Rib Eye).
I recommend the Restaurant to everyone and for all the passionate wine drinkers, just ask Roberto.

We stopped here for a lunch and had an excellent surprise. The special grass fed meat was incredible and the summer porcini a real treat ! Very attentive and friendly service. A place to recommend absolutely

El Pael is hands down the best place we ate at in Italy, quite possibly ever. The ravioli was so good; best pasta we had during our trip.

My friend and I dined here tonight 27/06/22.
The place looked nice and having checked the menu online we decided to try it.
Although it is more expensive than most in the area every restaurant deserves one visit, please don't let the prices put you off, you won't regret it.

We got there about 8pm, and we're greeted warmly by the staff and the owner and they found us a table, although it wasn't so busy on this occasion so easy to do.
The restaurant is very nice inside and to us very nice atmosphere at maybe about half full.
We had a drink and some bread and pate to get us started.

Then we both had steak with smoked mash and choice of veg.
For both of us this steak was quite possibly the best steak ever or damn close.
My friend was offered a very nice wine to accompany his steak and loved it, and cheaper than we both expected for the glass.
We didn't go for a dessert, but had a coffee instead which was nice.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially the steaks.
We might even go back tomorrow.
Paying more if you get the quality is fine in my opinion, and this place definitely has the quality.
All the staff were excellent any time we needed them ... Thanks for a great time.

Very nice family restaurant. When we were there even the business holder served clients, it looks lovely :) Dishes were excellent. Service was brilliant. Absolutely worth of money! By the way, I can't say it's an expensive place. The bill was a bit higher than in other places in resort, but in overall this place can't be compared with others we've visited. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful place and very profesional service. I choose rib eye steak, I’ve never eaten better. V reat wine list and the best creme brulle and cheesecake. I highly recommend a visit.

Everything was excelent. The cheek of beef with garnish was exceptional. The white chocolate mousse dessert was also amazing.
Service was super friendly and professional.
The only point to improve was a relatively limited selection for vegetarians.
