Best Negroni in in whole Valtellina. Amazing service. Giuliano, owner, runs it with heart and passion. Don’t talk to him about cars if you plan to leave before midnight!

Fastest Aperol in Bormio! The bar was heaving tonight but we found seats and were served with drinks and a little dish of snacks in under a minute. Great music and a superfun vibe, plus a staff that knows how to hustle while making you feel welcome and not in a rush. The boss even took a second for a photo op!

We absolutely loved our evenings last May at Skianta with Juliano!!!! He MAKES the bar and is so kind, funny and engaging. Going to Skianta was the highlight each day. He really seems to enjoy people and the snacks he provides with such attention are delicious! We would come back to Bormio this summer but we know he is away from June 1 on, so we will wait for another year in hopes of seeing you Juliano and drinking your great Gaia IPA birra and Aqua Giusta vino rosso. Abbiamo fatto l aperitivo in questo locale e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il locale è particolare, sopratutto il bancone allestito sicuramente con un estro che a me piace molto!
