Pizzeria Il Leccio

We were on a Tuscan trip. That day, it was winter and a Sunday and every place in countryside was closed. We found this pizzeria Il Leccio opened. First thought was: “that’s ok, it’s open. Even if the food is poor, we should eat it”. However, it turned to be a great surprise. The owners were very kind and the food was great. Try the Pici al Carbonara. The pizza was great too, even if it was a Roman style (thin and cracking). The best for the last: you do not spend too much money there. We were on four, and the total was $ 40. I recommend it!

My wife and I stopped by on our way to a wedding. We enjoyed the food so much that we went back twice. The owner and his family are very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend.

The nicest and sweetest owners who went above and beyond to make our lunch special! Our meals were soo delicious, and they had gluten free options for pasta and pizza selections. They even brought out an extra plate of seafood pasta when they noticed we were picking at our kids plates. :)

Dobro skrita majhna Toskanska oštarija. Domače intimno vzdušje. Domače pridelana in pripravljena hrana. Prijazno osebje. Zelo priporočam.

가족이 운영하는 소박한 식당입니다. 그런데 맛은 전혀 소박하지 않습니다. Pici cacio e pepe와 calzone picante를 먹었는데 정말 맛있었어요. 특히 주인 아저씨의 호탕한 웃음과 따뜻한 마음 덕분에 음식이 더욱 맛있게 느껴졌습니다. 가격 또한 믿을 수 없을 정도로 저렴합니다! 마무리로 칸투치와 빈산토까지 완벽했습니다. 이런 따뜻한 느낌때문에 로컬 식당을 찾게되는 것 같아요.

Un po' bar, un po' tavola calda, un po' pizzeria, un po' pizza al taglio, un po' ristorante e un po' fraschetta. Decisamente un po' di tutto ma i prodotti caseari e di salumeria sono di grande qualità, per non parlare della pasta fatta in casa. Il massimo rimane il 'Capo Cameriere', toscane verace dalla battuta pronta.
Abbiamo preso due taglieri di salumi e formaggi 'Il Leccio' tutto di prodotti locali, ottimi e grande soddisfazione per il palato. Spero di ripassarci per provare la pasta fatta in caso. Consigliatissimo se siete di passaggio nella zona di Ascione.

Ottimo posto dove mangiare, tantissima scelta di portate.

Per chi passa da Asciano un must

Subito fuori Asciano, in una delle zone più belle della Toscana. Ideale per una sosta o uno spuntino. Cucina casalinga e ambiente familiare. Noi abbiamo preso dei primi piatti, buoni, e abbiamo chiuso con cantuccini e vin santo. Un menzione particolare va al proprietario, toscanaccio a tuttotondo. 😀😀

Trattoria fuori dal normale: è semplicemente "eccezionale". Cucina casereccia gustosissima, i gestori sono persone affabili e simpaticissimi. Crostate e cantuccini super, il vin santo poi dulcis in fundo! Pietro

Il miglior locale ad Asciano per un pranzo di lavoro veloce, hanno sempre un'ottima scelta di piatti del giorno, soprattutto piatti freddi nel periodo estivo.

Ambiente informale e cucina veramente tipica e casalinga! Pici cacio e pepe incredibili! Ci torneremo!

Meriterebbe di andarci anche solo per la simpatia del gestore: più che una cena è una cena-spettacolo.
Abbiamo preso due antipasti di salumi, formaggi, con miele al tartufo e bruschette con olio nuovo: ottimi e abbondanti.
Siccome avevamo ordinato una porzione e mezza di pici con due sughi diversi (agliona e ragù toscano che bolle 24h come lo faceva mia nonna), non siamo riusciti a finire gli antipasti e ce li hanno messi in una vaschetta da portare via.
Anche i pici erano ottimi e porzioni abbondantissime!
Anche la signora molto gentile, accogliente.
Abbiamo mangiato ottimamente ed in allegria!

Wat een geweldig tentje! Laat je alsjeblieft niet afschrikken door de locatie of de inrichting: deze mensen weten niet alleen hoe je pizza maakt, maar nog veel meer lekkers! Echt waar: auto parkeren en eten maar!
