Residence Le Terrazze Sorrento

Beautiful location with gorgeous view over Sorento. The staff were very kind, helpful and excellent in every way. The location and room are super clean, loved it. Convenient located close to Sorento and Positano. Onsite free parking is included and also free drinks and water. This saves a lot of time so you dont need to go to the supermarket and so you can enjoy the environment till its full potential. We had a lovely and excellent holiday.

This was such an amazing spot for our honeymoon!! First, le Terrazze has a shuttle which takes you to and from Sorrento city center which is clutch because taxis are super expensive in the area. That was one of the main reasons we booked them and the service was so worth it - timely, safe drivers (which is big!) and of course free with your room :) Second, the view is outstanding. Definitely don't miss one of the sea view rooms, they're so worth it. Third, we found out rooms so be so clean. Staff comes by every day to freshen up and replace towels, which is really nice when you come back from exploring on a hot day! Fourth, the staff is so accommodating. From breakfast in the morning to drinks in the afternoon, everyone was so kind and helpful. They even helped us book a taxi to an experience we hadn't realized would be hard to navigate to! They also called us a car to and from a nearby restaurant for dinner (which was free and so nice when you're tired of walking after hikes, etc.) And finally, this might just be me, but I love a hotel with a pool. And the Terrazze has a beautiful one! It was clean, cool, and quiet every day we were there, the perfect place to take a dip and cool off during the siesta time! All of this to say, this is a beautiful place to stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful place. Clean rooms and amazing breakfast. The view is perfect. The free shuttle is very helpful to go back and forth from sorrento, and it was nice to be up on the hill above the city to get away from the crowds. The plumbing needs to be improved in some areas as there was a bit of a smell, but this didn’t take away from our stay at all, as the hotel was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating.

The location is extraordinary and the view is great, both in the mor ing or during day and at night. The staff is very kind and friendly, very knowledgeable and well trained/ the shuttle bus provided free of charge is on time and scheduled so that access to/from the location is convenient for everyone.

What a wonderful hotel!! Awesome service, everything you need, breathtaking views. The bus into Sorrento town is a great service and always on time.
It was nice to be away from the town and just go in when you need.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially families.

Our go to place while in Sorrento. Nice rooms and clean. They continue to update the premises and the changes are all good. A beautiful sight of Naples bay at night from your balcony. Simply love staying here. Free bus service to and from Sorrento from the hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights a couple of years ago and loved it. Great customer service from management as well. Not the best location if you want to go downtown Sorrento every night, but amazing otherwise. Nice rooms, gorgeous views, good food, good service. I highly recommend it.

Amazing views. Fresh bread delivered to a box outside each room every morning, and the fridge restocked with breakfast good every day by housekeeping. It's a little bit out of Sorrento but there is a free shuttle bus running throughout most of the day.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Facilities are great and there is a fantastic view of the Sorrento coast. Would definitely stay again.

Large and nice rooms. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Free shuttle every hour to sorrento and back. Bigger rooms has own kitchenete. They deliver you fresh bread every morning. Highly recomended!!

Great place to stay even if it is out of town,the hourly complementary bus was perfect. Breakfast was good and the view was to die for. The fireworks display near Pompeii was superb

So satisfied with service..staff is really nice and pleasant, just ask for everything and they will do it for you..view is beautiful and even better with free croissants and coffee every morning..prices in Sorento are low so i liked to tip people whenever we got good service and that’s almost everywhere

Absolutely love this place bit basic on amenities but has everything you need and the views are simply spectacular 👌 staff are very friendly.. pool is icy 🥶..

Stopped randomly on a journey south and found this gem. Beautiful views from their cafe, and a friendly welcome. Can't comment on the rooms as we only stopped for drinks.

We actually didn't stay there but close by I am giving them a 5 star because it was pouring down rain as we waited for the city transit and they were very kind enough to let us board their bus service into Sorrento instead of getting soaked and that kind of service deserves a quality rating
