It was an unforgettable experience, the hotel is clean and beautiful. The rooms are big and clean.
The hotel staff was stunning, very helpful and nice.
The breakfast was wow beyond words!
We got a room with a lake view which was perfect.
Dinner at the hotel was excellent and service excellent.

Beautiful location in Torno on the shore of Lago di Como. Truly soothing view from the room balcony on the lake, church and surrounding mountains. Service and staff are excellent! Very helpful (hotel staff will bring your luggage to the hotel since parking is hundred meters from the hotel). Very kind staff. They will help you with your requests e.g. printing tickets for Fiera Milano entrance. Rooms are really nice and well equipped. Recommendation to everyone.

Eat here for the view. We came at sunset and it was lovely. The service was great. Good selection of wines and our waiter recommended well to our taste. Our food orders were great. We had better food elsewhere but you won't find many places with a better view.

A beautiful restaurant with an incredible view. The food was phenomenal!

Gorgeous location, very friendly and accomodating service, top quality food. The desserts are a must, and even simple items like bread, butter are delicious! I also really liked the burrata first course and aubergine main dish. Make reservations in advance to get the tables overlooking the lake.

The steak was absolutely incredible! As well as the other dishes we ordered, with great service. The restaurant is beautiful and extremely romantic, with lovely vistas of the lake. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We took the Hugo and Mojito cocktails and they were acompanied, as the Italian way, by a few appetizers. We had the pleasure to speak French with the waitress who also speaks English.
Their ice-cream are also delicious

Located in a beautifull place with one of the best views. Sit down a drink, a gelato or something to eat. Thats what we did and we enjoyed one of the best cold brew coffees we have ever had. Also the pistachio gelato is superb. Our waitress was super friendly and everything worked great.

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful small hotel in the sleepy town of Torno on Lake Como. We prefer smaller hotels that offer a taste of the local life. The hotel is on the water overlooking the lake and a small picturesque harbor with colorful wooden boats. The ferry stops at the foot of the hotel and that was our means of transportation - I do not recommend a car for Lake Como.
The recently renovated hotel with only 9 rooms has all the modern amenities without losing its original charm. I highly recommend the rooms with balcony facing the lake. Best of all was the friendly staff always eager to help and very professional. Martina, Chiara, and owner Haussmann made our every requests come true, booking restaurants, transportation, and suggesting activities.
Our stay at the Belvedere was magical and we will definitely return.

We read bad reviews about this prior to going but chose to go due to my husband having sprained his ankle. We were very pleasantly surprised! We didn't have a reservation & we had 2 children with us. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious with both our children demolishing all their food, which was a first for our whole entire 3 weeks in Italy! My husband and I both polished off our food too! Highly recommend...great relaxing place to eat. Love Torno!

Just stopped to have drinks on our trip around the Como lake but the service was decent and the view from the place breathe taking. Even though it’s not cheap (of course for such touristic area and being one of the only bar in the city) but I would recommend taking the time to sit there and at least have a drink

We had a beautiful meal. The lake sampler appetizer, sea urchin pasta and salt- packed seabass made a lovely progression. And the poached pears for dessert were light and flavorful.

Beautiful hotel in even more beautiful location. Great rooms. Great staff. Beautiful restaurant with fantastic open air views of the lake. The staff cant be faulted, nothing is too much and they made us feel most welcome

We loved our stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel is lovely and set right on the main piazza in Torno. Room is simple but very nice and ours had a lovely view of the lake.

Did not stay at this hotel but went there for lunch today, as a party of 4.
A lovely setting, the food was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Perfect hotel with a perfect location....with convenient and excellent eating options

I had dinner on the veranda. Very romantic at night. The dinner was excellent. Local Italian cuisine. A lot of local fishes. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend.

This is a 5 star restaurant, and you get what you pay for! The staff is outstanding, took very good care of us even though we're a bunch of punk rockers that ended up there by accident.
