Hotel Bellagio

This hotel is so wonderful and charming. Perfect location with stunning views of the lake, and the most friendly, welcoming staff. It was the cleanest, freshest hotel room I’ve ever had. They served the best cappuccino (and I had lots) out of all the places I stayed in Italy. My room had a stunning panorama view. From bed, I could watch the sun sparkle on the water, see the clouds low around the mountains in the distance. Magical. My wife and I can’t wait to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Bellagio and I agree with other reviews - I don't know how this hotel is only 2 stars!! The location is absolutely amazing in the lively town of Bellagio and is very close to the ferry station. Every staff member that we interacted with was always so friendly and helpful. The rooms were SO clean and it was very quiet at night (trust me, I am a very sensitive sleeper and didn't even need to use my earplugs). Each room has its own AC unit and we were very comfortable during our stay in August. The breakfast was amazing each morning - you can boil your own eggs and they have cappuccinos and espressos made to order. They also had fresh juices for us each morning. We would already love to go back to Lake Como, and 1000/10 would stay at this hotel again.

Amazing service, rooms & hotel! Should definitely be higher than a 2 star hotel. The views from our room on the third floor were absolutely breathtaking!! All the members of staff were so lovely & kind, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast included in the stay was lovely, had everything you needed and was delicious. An absolute gem of a hotel, amazing location, definitely recommend!!!!

Amazing choice! The view from the room was just perfect! Never had a view like this one!
The other is located just in the center of everything but we could sleep very good as there was no noise.
The lady from the housekeeping team was just adorable and the people from front office were also very nice.
They do really pay attention to detail as we were celebrating the birthday of my husband and they prepared something together with a nice letter 🥹

We stayed at the Hotel Bellagio for our 50th birthday get away and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was luxurious, with stunning views of the lake.

The location is perfect, offering access to all of the charms of Bellagio (cobblestone step and all!) while still feeling like a serene retreat.

Overall, the Hotel Bellagio exceeded all of our expectations. For some unknown reason it’s listed as a two star hotel when it deserves 12! It’s the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and excellent service. We can’t wait to return!

I have been anxiously waiting for 10 days to write this review. I did not want to write it before we left. We cannot understand why this hotel has only two stars. Everything was perfect - impeccably clean, centrally located, wonderful views and of special mention is the best in industry world class staff. They are second to none. This includes everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast room to the housekeeping staff. You won’t find any better in the hospitality industry. Both the property and staff are a true credit to the obvious excellent management at Hotel Bellagio.

Lovely hotel with lake view and located in the center of Bellagio! The highest point though is the staff: they are always helpful, smiling, and friendly 10/10 👏 Breakfast is good, and the rooms are well equipped. I would come back without a doubt!!!

This hotel is perfect for your stay at Bellagio: central location, staff extremely friendly and professional! The lake view is breath-taking! Tip: you can recharge your water bottle (with sparkling water even) on floor 0! I would highly congratulate Alejo on the reception, and the housekeeping+breakfast teams 5/5!!!

Really nice, lovely and romantic hotel in the heart of Bellagio. We booked a room with lake views and our stay couldn't get any better ♥. Apart from the room, breakfast is so romantic if you sit outdoors...

Staff was exceptionally friendly, the first night the girl in reception waited for our arrival (we lost the last boat departing from Como) and booked a dinner table for us 😍

I would definitely recommend the hotel, in my opinion it is underrated with only 2 stars. From a practical point of view, it's barely 3 min away from boat station, and room was exquisitely clean every day.

Just perfect. The view from our balcony over the lake made us want to just stay in our room and look out all day. Very romantic. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a comfortable bed (with good quality sheets). Would stay again and highly recommend

We had a great time here. I really recommend this hotel. It is located very central, 3 min from the ferry station. The room was small, but cute and very clean. The breakfast is topically Italian, but it was ok. The staff is very friendly and nice. We needed a iron and they borrowed us one, and also on our last day, they kept our bags at the reception until evening.

Even though we didn’t have the lake view, room view was amazing! Very good room and super clean

Wow what a experience. The best boutique hotel we have been too. I have nothing negative to say. Really set the bar up high. I could also see that each staff member was happy to be there. The service was top quality and very professional. From the concierge to the kitchen staff to the ladies cleaning the room. The room spacious and clean. Love the feeling of the wooden floors and the fresh air the large windows bring. Breakfast, outstanding. Truly an experience. Will recommend to all friends.

Room was spotlessly clean. It was warm and eco-friendly, size was adequate, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most.

Service was top notch. The free upgrade doesn't influence my review. The manager was informative and when I said I wouldn't have the time to have breakfast he said that I would be able to have some coffee and bread earlier.

Because of the wind, Bellagio was very cold in March (didn't know this) so if you want to enjoy walking outside, wear something thick.

This hotel is great! We stayed on the 3rd floor, a corner lake view with a Juliet balcony. Room was perfect for our needs (two people). Unfortunately you cannot control your own thermostat, you have to ask front desk to change it for you. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty to choose from and cappuccino/espressos included. The location is central to everything. The only downside is there are several steps leading up to the hotel, that you must carry your luggage up. It wasn't a problem for us, but not suitable for those with limited mobility. Unfortunately the wifi is poor, kept disconnecting throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived by car and the instructions were perfect. They have garage parking if reserved in advance, very safe and easy to get to with the detailed instructions you will get. Our group reserved rooms facing the lake. They each had a balcony and the views were magical. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has they typical variety of treats and everything is very fresh. Front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful regarding ferries and restaurants, etc. The location can't be beat. Very central to the best part of Bellagio. I would stay here again 1000%

Central location, friendly and very helpful staff, daily buffet breakfast including espresso coffee, beautiful clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds and great pillows! We are so happy we chose to stay in this hotel.

Location is prime for exploring Bellagio. We were in the heart of Bellagio, right in front of the ferry port, near bus stops, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It was convenient being able to stop by our room for bathroom breaks (not many public restrooms) and pick up things we may have forgotten. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful from checking in, to breakfast, to cleaning our room. My husband and I had an amazing experience thanks to this hotel. FYI it is located in one of the roads of stairs in case you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!
