Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Bellagio. Friendly/welcoming staff. Convenient undercover parking attached to building. Very short walk to everything in town. Spacious apartment (Lake View, 3rd Floor). Washing machine in room and access to dryer in common area. Beautiful/quiet pool area. Very slow/patchy internet. Okay for basic browsing, but painful for video calling/streaming (wife and I both business owners and sometimes need to work on the road). Shower on the small side. Very easy to hear neighbours through walls.

Price is reasonable. We got a first floor apartment, with a terrace and a spacious private garden where we can hold parties when the day is dry. It is equipped and we are satisfied with their sanitary standard. The staff is helpful when one of us stepped on dog's poo just outside the hotel. We thank him for that.

View from Dresden Apartment is outstanding. Very quiet at night - and includes everything we need for our month-long stay.

Fantastic stay and very welcoming receptionists. The apartment was very clean and well furnished with many kitchen appliances, and has awesome mountain and lake view. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Easy access to Bellagio's places of interests and ferry terminal to visit neighbouring towns. Highly recommended!!! Bellagio is absolutely beautiful.

Excellent & accommodating customer service. Great for family, provides baby cot & even a high chair (amazing!). Cozy with lots of space, clean and central with own parking. Good value.

Excellent location with very clean facilities and comfortable beds. Bathroom and kitchen very well done! Quiet and modern! Staff especially Yessina was very helpful, kind and friendly—excellent hosts! Will be sure to return!!

Amazingly well laid out and decorated appartments in a stellar location that are very reasonably priced. The appartment was recently renovated, and it had all the amenities. Highly recommend this for your stay in Bellagio.

Super accueil, possibilité de parking (payant 18€/jours), Andrea nous a aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu’à la chambre tout confort. Logements spacieux, propre et bien équipés, nous avions un petit balcon avec vue sur le lac.
Andrea ne parle pas Français, nous avons tout fait en anglais et cela s’est super bien passé.
Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Ottima posizione siamo in centro, noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina in garage e non l'abbiamo più toccata fino alla partenza. Bellissimi appartamenti moderni e pulitissimi con tutto l' occorrente. Personale gentilissimi e disponibili. Approvato anche dalle mie bimbe ☺
