Pizza was awesome. Lots of flavour and the pizza was cheesy and saucy on top yet still thin and crispy on the bottom. Aperol spritz was delicious large orange slice. Service was prompt and friendly.

Such a lovely restaurant! Best pizza I’ve had in Italy, such a beautiful crispy bottom and soft crust. And a gorgeous Aperol spritz, 10/10

We, my wife and I, had a wonderful pizza and lasagna today.All ingredients were fresh and of high guality. We do recommend this place to others. Last but not least, Stan. the yunge guy who served us was most gracious and pleasant.

We stumbled upon this place. The Director, Luciano, sat with us and chatted us through the menu (and some local wine recommendations). His recommendations were out of this world.

If you want a great pizza in Pienza just go there. Don't ask questions, just order all four they have and drink wine. Pizzas have a perfectly balanced selection of ingriedients, fab taste and crunchy dough 🤤

Our favorite place in Pienza. The first time we came there, we came like thirty minutes before closing and they were very friendly to give us drinks and also something small to eat on the house. They had extremely tasty coffee and aperol, as well as everything we chose from the menu in the next five days to eat, the best were their salads and plates with cheese and salami. There was also the best bartender ever, so sad we don’t know his name. He was always very happy to see us, talked with us and always gave us something small to eat. We are looking forward to visiting them again once we are in Pienza.

We were in Pienza, I didn't feel very well but we decided to eat here and food was so good, my stomach got better <3 pizza was different than in Rome but it was special. My husband ordered lasagne :D he eats lasagne in every city in Italy and he liked it.
Next day we received cake and panini, sandwich was so simple but very delicious.
I believe that one day we will come back here :*

Fantastic and adorable bar at the archway at the front of Pienza. The truth is, every place is Pienza is magical. The people are so kind and warm and welcoming and sincere. But this specific bar just has the perfect vibe. Not only is the owner so nice and make such delicious drinks, but the feeling and atmosphere was incredible. There were beautiful Christmas lights, a nice view of all the drinks at the bar, beautiful rustic lamps and tables, gentle jazz music, and also a selection of delicious cornetti, panini, cheeses, coffee, tea, wines, and tea. We ordered some wine from Montelpuciano, Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, and some sweet wine and biscotti, and also received some delicious Italian pretzels and Tuscan potato chips on the house. We spent hours here because it just felt so good to be here. 6/5 stars, We will be back soon!!

pizza has super quality ingredients and they are so perfect balanced. chef knows what real taste and creativity means. super highly recommended. I wish to give them more then 5 stars! they realy deaserve!

Bistro FIDELIO is a nice Italian cosy place with authentic food and good wines. Luciano the owner has been nothing but wonderful to us and gave the best tips for wineries and shared his experiences as a wine expert. Definately worth stopping by. And in line with that IDYLIUM, the other restaurant which we booked coincidentally is a hidden pearl with beautiful views on the hills, cute interior and again good food! Worth going both. At both places we had a wonderful evening.

My husband n I absolutely enjoyed the ribollita n pork stew as recommended. A very nice meal to wrap up the amazing visit to the beautiful Penza.

Excellent pizza, good price and amazing service (one of the best that we had during our stay in Tuscany).
