Lovely little beer and wine shop plus restaurant right at the entrance of the Pienza old town, with some great views of the beautiful valley.

While we didn't have food (which looked nice) the service was very friendly and knowledgeable with respect to the beer and wine. Two beers on tap, a wide range of cans and wine bottles which you can also enjoy in the alley outside.

It was great to find Prosit instead of the other touristic bars/ restaurants in Pienza. Located in a quite small path, we’ve enjoyed a great quality of cold cuts. Their products are from small local producers. The service was super nice! A must visit.

I stopped here multiple times during my trip to Pienza. Great regional meats and cheeses. Good craft beer options and great wine recommendations. The staff is warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a place to take a break or get a snack definitely stop here.

While exploring Pienza we saw the words craft beer which caught our attention . They open at noon and we made a point of coming back. It did not disappoint! We got IPA’s and they provided cheese, prosciutto , and bread. Also had amazing glass of wine. Service and food were great, but the information provided was priceless. Highly recommend a sit at Prosit.

This place was perfect for the end of a long walking day. David is very friendly and easy to talk with, he explains in perfect English about the produces he uses for his plates. I ordered a combo of various ham and cheese produces. Pair it with an excellent fresh white wine from the region and you have your perfect light dinner. The place is also tasteful decorated with many unique pieces. Please visit this place and show it some love. Gracie mille and see you soon again !

This is what fine local kitchen is all about; local products, passionate waiters, delicious food and if you’re lucky enough to catch a table outside an amazing Tuscan view. Me and my wife-to-be will definitely return to this Italian gem of a restaurant 🇮🇹❤ a presto

Excellent beer, I had the IPA, service is also excellent, the food is very well presented with all the details including the provenience and the way it was made. Best Tiramisu I ever eat. The good thing is that they have local food.

Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender. He made us feel welcomed and provided a great little spread of bread, cheese, and dried meats with our drinks. If you're looking for craft brew in Pienza you found it. Cheers!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this place. The music was absolutely fantastic, such a vibe. The owner is generous with his pours and his wine recommendations. Impeccable music 🔥 and fantastic wines.

Amazing service from Davide. Warm welcome, really passionate about wine. Real lesson - not to mention amazing tagliere prosciutto burrata and pecorino from Pienza producers.

The cheese plate was fantastic and David was really nice. I also really liked the several draft beers they serve. If you visit, try the home-made onion and truffle jam with the cheeses! Trust me!

Such a great place for a quick lunch! The staff was awesome and spoke with us for a while. I had the small charcuterie and even bought some of the truffle honey to bring back with me! Loved it here!

Awesome. Cristoforo was an amazing host, truly passionate about all things beer. Italian dude but spoke fluent English with my wife and I, he treated us like old friends, letting us taste the best beers around Italy. We had some cheese and locally grown tomatoes, followed by some toasts with local meats and cheese that were delicious. Thanks dude for the experience and the recommendations in the area!

Very good service. Had the charcuterie plate which was very good and large. Their crostoni also looked really good. We had some really good glasses of wine, and sat outside.

We just happened to stop here because there was craft beer. And we were so glad we did! What a gem of a place. The food was excellent. I was actually a bit sick and requested some simpler foods which was no issue to them at all. I did taste a little of the other plates and it was so so good. Was sad I couldn't have it. Davide, the owner, was who we interacted with the most. He was so personable and gave us a few really great recommendations outside of Pienza. Definitely recommend eating here!

Always a great time. Delicious prosciutto and pecorino, best tartar, omg on the truffle jam and the beer and wine selection great .. Cristoforo and Davide is the best! Love the quaint location!
