Wonderful Fiorentina! Most delicious cut of meat, grown locally. House wine comes from the vineyard at the end of the street. I had the most fantastic dining experience in this osteria and highly recommend. It’s exclusive, serves simple but sophisticated and excellent food, pure toscan cuisine, the quality of ingredients is insane! Recommend booking in advance. If you can get a glass of Spinello at the end, you’re very lucky.

We had SUCH an enjoyable meal at Baccus! The food was true Tuscan style. The owner shared stories of his life adventures in the Amazon and Africa and offered us a free tasting of his favorite, Spinello, after dinner drink! I would highly recommend Baccus L Osteria!

Good place to taste national Pienza pasta - pici. Garlic and cheese&pepper pasta 🔥.
No lemonades, only Coca-cola and fanta.

wonderful staff and wonderful food. we were welcomed in and the place filled up almost immediatly. although only part of the staff speaks english, we had a great time communicating and enjoying the welcoming experience there. we had a time constraint and needed to leave early. but we got an extra invitation to just stay seated and relax... even though it would occupy the table with non paying time. we told them that we will definitely come back...

Over a year later and my mouth still waters when I think of this place.The cacio e pepe and tiramisu are easily the best I have ever had, and everything else on the menu is wonderful. Wash it all down with the house wine.
