B & B Ripa Medici

Definitely the best experience of stay we ever have! The room which is elegantly decorated is cozy and spacious.The beautiful hostess Sabrina has been so helpful and attentive. If you are looking for a place to stay in Orvieto,then no further,this is it!

My husband I stayed here for four nights. Room was comfortable and in great location. Sabrina was a great host. She warmly welcomed us and responded promptly to all our questions. Provided us with great restaurant recommendations and arranged for a taxi when we departed. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic! We spent one night in Orvieto as part of a long weekend and this was our first stop. Sabrina was so kind and helpful. She sent perfect directions and had everything arranged including parking. So convenient. And the restaurant she recommended was delicious. We will certainly stay there again if we go back. Highly recommend it!!

We spent the final five nights of a two week holiday staying at Ripa Medici in Orvieto. The suite became a second home for us and we strongly recommend you consider staying there if you’re planning a trip to Orvieto. This place deserves its great local reputation.

The suite itself is located in the older end of town in a well-maintained block at the end of a very quiet street, overlooking the countryside around the city. We really appreciated how quiet the place was. And we also loved awaking each morning to breathtaking views over the hills around Orvieto.

It took less than five minutes to stroll to the main high street and many of the sights the city has to offer.

We stayed in late November 2018 and really appreciated coming back to our centrally-heated suite with its well-equipped kitchen each evening.

Sabrina was helpful and friendly and looked after us well. We were especially impressed with how well-organised and professional everything was. Her well-judged recommendations were appreciated, especially at a time of year when some of the venues were closed.

We will certainly stay at Ripa Medici without hesitation in future, whenever we return to this fantastic city.

We went to Orvieto in February, '20 after Covid chased us out of Venice. We were fortunate enough to find Ripa Medici. Sabrina is an amazing hostess and her B&B is great. Orvieto is a wonderful little town and Sabrina could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend it!

The moment I walked into La Casa Bianca, I was glad I had extended my stay from 2 nights to 3. The view is amazing - beautiful sunset, and you can enjoy the white bench with a drink and chat with the friendly town folks who are doing their evening stroll there to see the same view. The suite is nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, and the small kitchen has everything you would need for a simple meal, including a nespresso machine (plus refrigerator, microwave and 4 burner cooktop). Honestly, there wasn't anything that I needed but didn't have here (there is even a hairdryer under the bathroom sink!). Sabrina was so helpful, gave plenty of great recommendations for food and sights using a map she provided. And since her English is much better than my Italian, you will not have any problem booking by contacting her directly via email through her website like I did - could not have been easier. Grazie mille, Sabrina. Ci vediamo presto!

Sabrina was an excellent host and helped me get to the B&B despite some logistics problems I was having.

It is in an excellent location for exploring Orvieto and I would stay there again.

We stayed at B&B Ripa Medici when we visited Orvieto earlier in November and we absolutely loved it. Sabrina put us in their beautiful, new casa bianca room. It is a great little apartment and we wished we had stayed there in Orvieto longer. The breakfast was delicious and Sabrina's recommendations for lunch and dinner in town were outstanding. For our first stop outside of Rome, this was an incredible experience and we definitely plan to return!

Beautiful, comfortable suite with incredible views and everything you need. Hostess Sabrina cooks a wonderful, creative breakfast and happily shares her knowledge of Orvieto and the surrounding area. Her son Marco is also delightfully helpful. Very nice people, thoroughly ancient town - exactly what I was looking for.

Your home away from home in Orvieto is Ripa Medici B&B. Even before you arrive your hostess Sabrina will answer any questions and make you feel like you are in good hands. If you can, try to reserve the Casa Bianca, a cozy apartment with one spacious bedroom, a nice kitchenette and a modern bathroom. As the name suggests it's all white. if that room is not available the other bedrooms are nice as well. And to top it off, the price is right.

Absolutely stunning. The accommodations were outstanding, clean, tasty and elegant. Sabrina's breakfast was plentiful, and full of love. And Sabrina embodies what this pretty little town is all about. Truly a piece of heaven.

The most amazing place! We got to stay in the seperate apartment right on the edge of town and the view was to die for. Sabrina and her family are so sweet and the homemade breakfast in the morning is wonderful. I would definetely visit Orvieto again and without a doubt stay at B&B Ripa Medici!

Wonderful location with amazing views of the Umbrian landscape. The proprietor is incredibly gracious even washing our clothes for us. The room is lovely. Breakfast was very very good. And Orvieto is an amazing old town.

I enjoyed staying at this B&B. They were extremely nice to us. We stayed at the apartment where they also had a washing machine. There was an expresso machine if you wanted to jave coffee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

超讚的住宿體驗，一定要推薦給大家！當初是看地圖決定在市中心找住宿，看到這家B&B評價很高，便寫信去詢問。女主人非常熱情且有耐心的回答我的所有問題，當我們開車到附近也直接出來帶領我們到停車場。房間窗明几淨，處處透露好品味！房價ＣＰ值高，還附點心和早餐。也很感謝女主人推薦了巷口超美味的餐館，報上他的名字還有友情價＾＾好喜歡這個美麗的慢活城市，這間好住宿也為此加分許多，希望很快就有機會再來度假＾＾
