Capo di Sorrento

Fantastic sea views, breeze and fresh air, especially in the late afternoon. You might need to be a fan of hiking though, getting to this point needs a little bit of effort making it through the Roman ruins and paths with rough terrain. Make sure you have suitable footwear and your effort will be rewarded!

Easy 1 hour walk from Sorrento. Beautiful views, a perfect spot to sit and take it all in.

Extremley beautiful spot for just about anything ancient city remains and clifs to dive of. Clear water and nice waves. A little strugle to get to only accesible by foot or bike.

History nerds will appreciate the archeology on display here. I just loved the views of Sorrento, Capri, and Naples Bay.

Loved it. A true love story to the Roman concrete. If you look from Sorrento, you can see very clearly where the villa was and it must have been extremely important. Don't recommend walking there though, no real path for it.

Great afternoon stay… Swim, chill and relax (Mid November)… Except one - if you decide to come by car it’s gonna be trouble with parking so best to do it by motorcycle or walking… It was really nice and calming 😎

Not as sketchy a walk as some might say. Just be careful. Download the map before you go because you’ll likely lose service when you get close. There is a turnoff down off the road you might miss if you’re not prepared.
Beautiful, and not busy at all when we went. Mid week, mid day, at the end of May.
We couldn’t figure out how to get to swim in that cove part that’s pictured everywhere because I think tide was out too far, but had a good time nonetheless.

Perfect spot to visit to get a tan and swim in the Mediterranean sea. Cool Stone arch to get a movie like pictures. One of best places in all area. Would recommend to visit.

Luogo magnifico e poi d’estate un bagno meraviglioso!
Tante le attrazioni: archeologiche, paesaggistiche, naturalistiche, marine… una escursione da non perdere.
Fondamentale per chi arriva in auto il parcheggio all’inizio dello stradello (ha anche qualche posto in ombra per chi è più fortunato).
I bagni della regina sono la maggiore attrazione (a noi che non amiamo la folla ed il caos ci è bastato guardarli dall’alto), meraviglioso invece il mare aperto con tanta vita marina da osservare.
Portate scarpette da scoglio e maschera!

しかし夏は人も多く、着替える場所などないので予め水着着用で行くと良い。

Oben gibt es einen originellen Parkplatz mit charmantem Parkwächter in einer Gartenhütte (ganzer Tag 20€ ,ab 14 Uhr 10€ ). Dann geht es etwa 10 Minuten eine steile , gepflasterte Gasse hinunter zu dem Naturpool . Über die Jahre hat sich dort ein Becken umgeben von Felsen gebildet . Oben kann man rundherum laufen und steht dann vorne auf einer Plattform , mit einem tollen Rundumblick . Mit ein wenig Kletterei kommt man dann unten an die Badestelle auf den Felsen . Zum Liegen gibt es bequemere Orte , aber es lohnt sich . Von den Felsen kann man in türkis blaues Wasser springen und sich in den Wellen treiben lassen . Ich würde den Ort unter der Woche empfehlen und nicht unbedingt in der Hauptsesion .

Der Besuch des Capo lohnt sich. Neben den Überresten einer alten Festung hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Buchten rings um das Capo. Diese Buchten laden regelrecht zum Baden ein
