Excellent restaurant! Our dinner was perfect - really great elaborate food with very subtle flavors, nice modern atmosphere, very friendly waitress. We liked in particular the asparagus cream with egg & truffles, as well as the homemade tiramisu! We will come back!

Delicious food and great service. Kristy went out of her way to make us feel welcome, explain the menu and serve us drinks. She was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious - especially the wild boar ragu pasta.

Coming from Australia we stumbled across this Restaurant. We only planned to come once, but we’re so impressed with the quality and service that we had to come back the next night too. Daniella is a talented and generous chef.. she came and spoke with us after our meal. And we must make mention of the lovely Christi at the bar. She is just delightful. Attentive and professional, as well as engaging and caring. Grateful to have found Ristorante Dolomiti!

We came sceptical, due to lack of options for dine in the village, but ended up completely surprised (for good).
It is a chef restaurant, dishes were really good and very reasonably priced for where and what you get.
We took the black pork and lamb main dishes, both were tasty and special, and tiramisu for dessert which was freshly made for us on the spot and was extremely delicious.

My partner and I had a wonderful dining experience the night of March 12, our bartender made us feel welcomed and special from the moment we came in the door. We were seated and met with even more kindness by our server who translated the entire menu for us. The bartender (I apologize I forget his name) specially made cocktails after spending time to get to know us and our drink preferences. The drinks were amazing, well balanced and thoughtful. We enjoyed the best homemade food we’ve encountered on our 2 week trip throughout this region. I cannot say enough about the lamb dish, best lamb I’ve ever had. The chicken ragu pasta dish was incredibly balanced, delicate, and equivocal to a warm hug.
We don’t particularly like tiramisu but it was fantastic. I probably won’t enjoy a tiramisu again after that. The lovely bartender served us sweet wine after dinner and it was perfect.

Thank you for the experience - it has made our trip to Castelmezzano exceptional. Couldn’t recommend more.

Ristorante Dolomiti in Castelmezzano serves spaghetti that are a solid 9 on the scale of deliciousness. Almost a perfect 10, but the atmosphere decided to play hard to get and deducted a point. Perhaps the air in Castelmezzano is too busy enjoying the view, but hey, who needs a perfect 10 when the pasta is this good?

Had a wonderful dinner here last night. Food was exceptional and our hosts were warm and attentive. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious! Excited to return.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante di passaggio sulla via per Matera. Personale gentile ed accogliente, i piatti sono arrivati velocemente. Hanno una grande attenzione ai cibi di stagione e si sente l'autenticità dei sapori tipici della zona. Le pappardelle con ragù di cinghiale erano ottime. L'agnello semplicemente squisito. Mia moglie ha preso il medaglione di maiale ed è rimasta contenta. Prezzi in linea con la qualita offerta. Porzioni medie. Esperienza consigliata.

Ieri, in occasione del 25 Aprile, abbiamo pranzato al Ristorante Dolomiti. È stata una piacevole scoperta. Location suggestiva e con un design che non passa inosservato. Cibo buonissimo: piatti della tradizione rielaborati in chiave moderna (che però non stravolgono la storia e le basi originali), ma anche piatti innovativi e gustosi con materie prime d'eccellenza. Il servizio impeccabile, tempi di attesa pari a zero. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Personale cortese che ci ha accolto prima dell'orario di apertura per le nostre esigenze di appuntamento. Servizio veloce, buona scelta con piatti tipici, non troppo abbondanti ma gustosi. Pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale molto buone.

Scelto per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia, siamo stati accolti con cura e discrezione da tutto lo staff. Abbiamo apprezzato le pietanze tipiche del territorio rivisitate e valorizzate dalla chef con personalità. Bellissima struttura, per chi è alla ricerca di relax in un ambiente circondato dalla natura. Assolutamente consigliato.

Scelto a caso tra le diverse possibilità siamo stati supersoddisfatti.
Cucina un po' più raffinata della media per la zona e ambiente rinnovato da poco con cura. Insomma ricercato senza essere eccessivo o spocchioso. Il maialino cotto a bassa temperatura si scioglieva in bocca. Gli strascicati al peperone crusco erano buonissimi. Ottime anche le crostole (spero sia il nome giusto, somigliano a chiacchiere) con il miele, sapevano leggermente di origano perché il miele viene tradizionalmente spalmato usando rametti di origano.
Molto soddisfatti.

Excelente lugar para almorzar/cenar si pasan por Castelmezzano. Pedí pappardelle con ragú de jabalí salvaje y estaban exquisitos. De postre, tiramisu. Imperdible!
