Nenè Bellagio - Il Vicolo Apartments

Responsive and friendly host, very clean, spacious room, and good location (a minute away from ferry port, about 3-5 minutes away from bus station). You should count for some time to get to the places you need as this port is quite small and you need to know the schedule of buses and ferries- still, very beautiful, lovely and quite place to stay. Great accommodation for value

We absolutely loved our stay in the Nenè Apartment. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious - couldn’t have been better. Location is excellent, San Giovanni is a perfect little town and we really liked being in a small spot just out of Bellagio. Definitely go to Nenè cafe for a drink or coffee, beautiful spot and great cafe. Bellagio is very accessible and we walked in/out everyday. Alissa was so lovely and helpful, we really valued her advice and she was very easy to contact. Thank you, we look forward to staying here next time :)

The room was perfect, biggest space we've stayed in Italy and was very clean and modern. Owner was also very responsive to all queries.

The cafe outside the accommodation was also good, but the only small downside was that the location of the accommodation was about 1.8km away from the other restaurants or attractions, so catching the timing of the bus was crucial.

Great apartment in a beautiful village just outside Bellagio. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had a very modern interior and was well equipped. The host was really friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages. Lovely cafe just next to the apartment too!

Loved the room!! It was super clean, upgraded perfectly and is in a lovely little village near the lake. There’s a little cafe right there and plenty of parking. The only downside to the room is wifi is spotty. Downstairs in the breakfast area it’s great, but not so much in the room I was in. The town center is about a 15 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’m afraid this place will be so booked, we will never get it again. The location was perfect. It was easy to get to from the ferry and located at the bottom of Bellagio so you didn’t have to climb a lot of stairs with heavy luggage. Two good cafes, several restaurants and a market were located steps away from this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was comfortable, cool and cozy. Appointed with a washing machine, hairdryers, an iron, ironing board, dishes and glassware. The views of the lake were spectacular. The owner was easy to reach through WhatsApp and even helped us get restaurant reservations in advance. Our family agreed this was our favorite place we stayed at in Italy and one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend this place!

This was a fantastic stay with spacious rooms, a lovely breakfast and only a 20 minute walk from the main centre of Bellagio. The staff were super helpful and communicated clearly and quickly to all questions and requests. The location was near the beach and was overall a beautiful stay,

Amazing apartment and amazing place. Alice is a super lovely host who helped us with some useful tips. Bedroom is very comfortable and well equipped. They also serve a decent breakfast, however bar has various drinks and meals so you can choose from variety of positions up to your taste and wishes. I would definitely like to come back to this apartment on my next visit to Como.

Great service - Alissa was very attentive in answering our questions and helping out. Place was exactly as expected - good size and good quality. Location was great too if you want to be close to Bellagio but not necessarily in the town center. It was a solid 15-20 minute walk but very easy (maybe not as easy in the heat wave!)

What a wonderful place to stay at Lake Como! Modern & beautiful room, very clean. Breakfast with Nespresso, fresh Bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. We woke up to the smell of fresh baked Croissants! There is a small Restaurant / Coffee Shop, NeNe. Great staff and perfect place for a drink or a coffee. Bellagio is about a 20 min walk, but the public boat dock is a 2 min. walk and will take you to the Center in a few minutes. There is a bus too, but it can be very full. This is a small family run place and Alissa was wonderful. We HIGHLY recommend the place and are looking forward to another visit!

Beautiful Location and Apartment. Greeted so kindly by the hosts. Less than a 1 minute walk to the eloquent Lake Como. Beautiful breakfast on the morning in a stunning modern coffee shop but still keeping the old Italian style, great food and drinks, would definitely go again. Great little village right next to the centre of Bellagio just a 15-20 minute walk or just a 2 minute bus ride away.

Everything was perfect! The location as described very close to Bellagio, free and easy parking, excellent and very kind and personalized attention, the room was modern and spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the temperature inside the room was great at all times, and the breakfast was delicious! We really felt at home. We will definitely be back, oh and I forgot to mention the great panini from their cafeteria. Thank you so much once again!

Everything was absolutely excellent ! The apartment location is great : a little cafe downstairs, free parking and beach just steps away and a pleasant walk to Bellagio.
The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. It is also very nice to have a terrace to enjoy some meals al fresco. Our Cocker Spaniel was also very happy with this outdoor space.

Clean, well hosted accommodation and I have no complaints. Easily located port and bus nearby made it very easy to get into any city we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

We had wonderful time at the apartment and enjoyed Como in a quiet location, while within the close proximity to the old town of Bellagio.
The rooms were clean and the team was amazing. They kept communication consistent and responded quickly to our needs. Strongly recommend the place and the team.

First of all, the location is amazing. It is truly what you want to see in Bellagio, 100% authentic surroudings and really instagramable for your girlfriend to take 7000 photos on the street.
Then, the guest was absolutely great. They helped us check in at 10:30!!! The room was already cleaned and sparkling clean!
Really close to the bus station and the centre of the lake, the gardens and everything.
You must try the coffee and pastries near the accomodation at nene food, best coffee in town! (P.S for the Americans: real italian coffee, not your 2 gallons latte) ☺

Amazing location! We loved that we could walk everywhere! Host was superb and got back to all our questions and helped promptly! clean and tidy!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! The apartment is nice with all the needed amenities and a nice terrace out back. Prime location with walk to Bellagio city center about 25mins. Cafe/bar right outside the front door with awesome breakfast/lunch/dinner. S Giovanni Ferry runs right behind the apartments and can save from a longer walk if needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Grazi mille!

Very friendly accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable accommodation in a central location. Right around the corner from the top swimming spot in Bellagio and only a short 10 min walk to centre of Bellagio for great restaurants and to catch the ferry
