Lovely and quiet place in town.
Excellent with these high temperatures to have some cool in the shade.

Service and food were excellent. This is one of those pearls you can find in villages.

Squid, stuffed ravioli, lasagne ... everything very tastefull.

One of our favorite spots in the city. Seemingly a "regular" family restaurant, but the dishes are imaginative, exciting and done to perfection. Almost an emotional experience. And the hospitality is beyond welcoming.

Great trattoria, ristorante quality food but in a more informal setting. Outdoor seating amongst medieval architecture. Service was excellent despite the annual jousting event had just finished. We loved it. The house red slipped down a treat too.

We had lunch here after biking up the dirt track to Sarteano. The portions were very generous, the food delicious. Highly recommended

Great experience, from the time we arrived to the time we left! Family-run restaurant, with the same family since 1911! Authentic, simple, extremely good and cosy! Take a look into the kitchen, and experience mum as a chef, with the fantastic chef's hat!

Great family run restaurant with delicious food and excellent prices. The menu is also now printed in English. Open for lunch when many other places in Sarteano are closed. Make a reservation or go early.

Wonderful family restaurant! Super friendly and great food

We were very fortunate to first eat here when the original owner, a cousin of a close friend still owned and operated the trattoria. It was our kitchen away from home, and the small staff who works here, like our extended family. So happy to say now that she’s passed the place on to her niece, nothing has changed. The food is fabulous, the service warm. It’s the kind of place where you could eat every day and because of the small but mighty daily-changing menu, never have the same thing twice in a week.

A great little trattoria in the heart of historical Sarteano here since 1911. An outside table on the corso in the middle of summer is unbeatable...great for people watching. The food is simple and hearty home cooking and the menu is always changing. A must visit!!

The kids ate pasta and chicken. Great and huge portions. We had ravioli, bruschetta and my husband had rabbit. Lovely food and friendly service. Recommended!

Fabulous meal here tonight with family, superb beef rib dish and truffle pasta. Very friendly service and a chance to practise your Italian!

Il mio locale ideale. Una trattoria stile autentico!
Ho mangiato un ottimo antipasto di affettati misti: alta qualità sia di salumi che di formaggi. Poi ho seguito la proposta del giorno. Coniglio. VISIBILIO. Il migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Felice di aver fatto questa tappa a Sarteano. Borgo splendido, Castello top e poi questa chicca della Trattoria Tripoletana! Grazie!

Abbiamo mangiato lì a pranzo con amici per cui siamo riusciti a provare diverse cose nel menù.
Come antipasto abbiamo condiviso un antipastone toscanaccio e dei fegatelli al finocchio (sarebbero un secondo ma li abbiamo presi come antipasto), entrambi molto buono. Poi si sono resi disponibili a farci un tris di primi, tutti a base di pici ma con tre sughi diversi: all’aglione, acciughe sotto pesto e briciole di pane e al ragù di cinghiale. Buoni tutti e tre, io ho preferito il secondo tra i primi.

Locale piccolino, genuino, accogliente. Staff composto da 4 donne che si intravedono piacevolmente dalla cucina. Cucina semplice buona e casereccia (pici eccezionali)

Ristorante che ti aspetti di trovare in un paese un po' fuori mano, sapore retrò che a me piace tanto, di quelli in cui puoi dire si mangia bene e si spende il giusto.
Calamarata fantastica, baccalà alla livornese buonissimo, dolci fatti in casa, personale molto giovane e cordiale. Se ripasso in zona torno di sicuro

Cibo veramente buono e abbondante. La pasta fatta in casa è ottima specialmente i maltagliati al ragù di cinta senese.

Cucina tipica toscana, tutto molto buono, personale gentile, ambiente datato ma molto confortevole e piacevole. Consigliato.
