Recentemente ripulito dallo sporco e liberato dalle troppe auto in sosta, si riappropria di buona parte della piazza.

Die strahlend weiße (Marmor?) Statue, die an die Opfer des Krieges erinnern soll, ist schön anzuschauen, jedoch fand ich persönlich den Ausblick auf Volterra von der Terrasse aus beeindruckender! ;-)

Ho visto questo monumento con la mia ragazza in occasione di una gita a Volterra. Il basso rilievo si trova su di una porta di ingresso al paese. Si può raggiungere il luogo in automobile e nei paraggi sono presenti alcuni parcheggi a pagamento. Purtroppo non viene dato il giusto risalto all'opera artistica.
