Corner Shop Sorrento

Super cute wine shop, with an amazing owner. He was very helpful and very patient. The wine and liquor selection is amazing so be prepared to spend a lot of time in the shop if you enjoy wine like i do! Deffinetly a must visit when in Sorrento!

Our first day in Sorrento after traveling and so happy to find this shop filled with all types of wine, whiskey and cordials … and snacks to compliment. So tired traveling that we stopped here and loaded up on goodies to chill on our hotel deck and enjoy the views with drinks and snacks. Got some truffle olive oil for presents too. The gentleman even opened and re-corked the wine bottle to go.

We had the best experience in this store tonight by Carmine and Giovanni. I hope the names are correct as I pulled them from a review.

Carmine's knowledge of the local Gins and Limoncello was brilliant and extremely helpful.

It was great to experience great customer service and deal with a business that prioritises service and high quality products.

We look forward to enjoying the gins and Limoncello when we get back to Australia.

We stopped in this shop during our stay in Sorrento September 2023. Giovanni and his father were very friendly and made wonderful suggestions. We brought back limoncello and ordered more once we returned to the States. Giovanni followed up and made sure our order arrived safely. Wonderful service!

Our family stayed in Sorrento in June 2023 for several days and wanted to bring some wine back to the US. We visited the day before we left for a bottle of wine and inquired if they shipped to the US, to which the older gentleman confirmed. So my mom and I came back the next day and the same older gentleman helped us with our order. We were unsure what to order, but based on our price range, he provided great recommendations to us! We bought 9 bottles including some Oils and were shipped promptly in two separate packages when we returned home! If you're looking for wine to ship to the US, this is a great store to do so!

What an amazing shop. The shopkeeper was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about Italian Gin and her favorite limoncello. We bought some spirits to drink while in Italy and some gifts to take home. Don’t skip out on this local gem.

Wonderful selection and knowledgeable staff.
Due to a mix-up with the card machine, we were charged twice. We spotted it that night , and in the morning, we went back to sort it out. The owners had spotted it too, had run our credit card to try and sort it out already.
When we walked in they recognised us and actually had the money ready!

Went instore today and found a wide variety of whiskey at fair prices, some hard to find bottles on the shelves, the worker was knowledgeable and passionate about he's products. It's just a pity I am here with hand luggage or I could have spent a fortune. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

We were traveling in September in Sorrento and stopped in this store to find some wine. We found so much more. Great selection and really nice owners. Highly Recommend if you are in Sorrento!!!

Would highly recommend going here!!! We had a lovely conversation with the owner and he gave us great recommendations and history behind the wine, grappa and limoncello. Wine experts and just overall great people.

This was our second visit to this shop and the owner is such a treat to talk wine with! He has not only gives wonderful recommendations on wine but also has epic restaurant recommendations as well! I cannot say enough about the lovely people in this shop! We will be back every time we come to Sorrento without fail! Love this place!

Great little shop in the heart of Sorrento. Carmine and his daughter took great care of us while we were on our Honeymoon. We placed a large wine order that they shipped home for us with no problems. I think we stopped in this store almost every day for our week in Italy.

Really nice selection of wine including a LOT of local representation. Wut a few other offerings involving pasta, olives, and preserved fruits. Owner is knowledge and friendly, willing to really talk you through your choices. Shipping rates, while expected, are still a substantial part of the total back to the USA.

Excellent selection, fair prices, wonderful staff! So happy we stumbled in (to dodge a rain shower).

We stopped in for some wine and bought a few bottles of local wine. We really like the couple who own the shop and the organic wine we are enjoying as I write this review. We’re definitely going to visit this shop again.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable owner. Not just a tourist trap with Limoncello. This shop has a great selection of fine wines, gins, whisky and liquors. This shop would do well in any major city, and is a treat to find in Sorrento where so much is geared to tourism.

Everyone told me from.hotels to local cafe to.go to the corner shop. Father and son business. Brilliant people and helpful. I negocayed a 10pc discount as I told h8m about all.the Google reviews.

Wonderful shop. I normally like to peruse wine shops by myself but the owner was so helpful and made great recommendations! Bought a stunning Taurisi there. Highly recommended for wine experts and people just looking for Italian wine.
