Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta

Basic nothing fancy hotel that is clean safe and well maintained. Located close to the airport and on the main drag. Stay includes free breakfast. They also have a small pool with loungers. Perfect for a short stay in PV. Check in staff are friendly and speak both English and Spanish. Lots of Western tourists mainly retired people.

We had to stay here for a night because of a flight delay. It was a lot nicer than I expected. We booked the same night on Expedia and it was less than $80 a night. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities that you will need. A breakfast buffet was included also and the staffs were friendly. Location is about 10mins away from the airport.

Of Front desk for a already gone except 2 guys that always been super nice and really polite , since tue beginning, before to go there always try to call jus to make Sure everything is ok with my reservations, but when I try to reach this gentleman, they always denied me to speak with them , also they cannot form my reservation, well while I was at the hotel occurred situations completely out of context, tue first one I was when one day I when to the restaurant in tue morning (for tue complementary breakfast) and I was completely full , so I decide to ask for a cup for just a little of yogurt so Incan take my medicine and take news denied also the “kitchen manager” he mention really rude that he was the only who make the call Eder to who take or not , I went to reception and explain to tue recepción manager that since was completely full refund f people the restauran I just need a little yogurt so I can take my medicine (and didn’t ask for food just that , no mention that I never take breakfast at the hotel because always travel for work and always eat in a restaurant around) so I was tue same tue lady even knowing I was full of guest sue denied even to get me a little cup , and believe all

Pick me Up and also to get some items from me, my sister politely ask for me and say want room I was , they denied tue entry and tell her anything I need to give to them I need to bring do myself ,but the worst I was tue last day we received a Call from tue airline where they tell us our flight was delayed so we decide to extend and we pay from 12 to 4 pm, the only thing is exactly at 4 pm no minute before or a minute after we receive a call from front desk ( I was exiting my room) so I decide to answer and what they say shock me “did you know your check out is a 4 pm, right” honestly that I was something disrespectful, of course I know I pay for that service , I think the call maybe need to be like as a courtesy is a friendly reminder that your extended time is expired is any we can help?, so practically between front desk/manager and restaurant they no understand how can be a great customer service , all

Flexible and they need to understand that we are paying for a service and no asking nothing for free , until now they still waiting from tue managers hotel (she ask me for my name and phone number but I guess , she doesn’t care , I use to like this hotel honestly but after this incident I’m thinking about , once again I apologies for put this review but honestly I hope the staff can get trained more properly

Price is good too and 15 min walk from airport. My only con is that there are no fridges in the room.

This hotel was very affordable, clean, spacious, had a great pool and restaurant, and bilingual staff. Daily continental breakfast was simple but served on real plates and flatware instead of plastic. The location was good as well- there were multiple retail areas and restaurants within walking distance either direction from the hotel. The area was very safe. I stayed for 7 nights as a solo traveler and would stay again without hesitation. Only minor complaint was that the AC was loud, but it worked well and became "white noise" in the background at night.

For the price I paid $40 USD, can't complain.... accommodated a very early check in. Bed very comfy with plenty of quality pillows. Room was clean and AC worked to satisfaction. Pool was a decent size and was better than my first impression. Very modest accommodations at a good price.....5 minute walk from the marina BTW, I stayed at Holiday inn express for a week prior, and enjoyed my stay here at Comfort Inn more in the three nights I stayed.

Easy access and very close to airport and bus station.

This was one of the best Comfort Inns we have seen! Amenities were basic, but the hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms, hallways, breakfast and pool areas were roomy, clean and attractive. Desk staff were friendly, two of them helped us fi nd uber transportation.

Great place located a few minutes from the airport.
Very affordable with a pool and the food at the restaurant is very good. Comes with free breakfast but as usual the "free" breakfast is very underwhelming.

We are attending training classes at one of the conference rooms here. There is wifi air conditionaing and coffee catering service in the morning by mid day we go to the restaurant down by the lobby and get to eat delicious typical mexican food. They have a pool there as well.

We just stopped in the parking lot to have the person that we rented the car from to drive us to the airport we stayed there in January was very nice would stay again

Very friendly and flexible staff, I was able to check in early and they offered to hold my luggage for me after checkout. Perfect for a quick stay.

It was a very good service 4 days of training clases coffee breaks in the morning and a mexican lunch meal at midday, the pool seemed very nice, wifi and A/C available
