Average good. I like because there is not crowded people here so we can get fast service and response.

Over all we say good.

We had really a difficult time getting them unsubscribe a sms service that they automatically added without my knowledge as a paid service on my account. Had to visit 4 times and apply two times just to cancel that service. First year thay charged the fee and said the fee can't be refunded and said if I drop an application for the cancelation of the service, they won't charge next year. But they again charged it the next year. They asked me to apply again, then I stopped using that account and left no money in the account.

Poor service my father paid the money of online mobile banking service they didn't activated yet. Ohh! So disappointing service.😆

Most unprofessional customer service i have ever experienced. My mother forgot her mobile banking login password and transaction pin. I wrote the mail requesting them to reset password/transaction pin since in lockdown it was not practical to visit their branch office. But they insisted to submit hand written application at branch office. Such unprofessional customer service.
