Pirate Beach

A very beautiful remote place, definitely worth the visit, chill and to enjoy a drink and food. New owner, Mrs. Grace, a very very lovely person ♥, who took over this abandoned establishment some months ago, is putting enormous effort to bring this place back to life. Renewing the boat-like cabins, pool, restaurant. The coast here is very picturesque, drinks and some delicious food is served on the spot. Not many people, sometimes you can enjoy the silence and solitude here, very special. Nearby a 1000 year old tree, the oldest on Koh Lanta, make sure to walk the jungle and pay this old buddy a visit.

Easy drive past Lanta Old Town

Absolutely Lovely location - just by chance driving on the main road I see a sign : 1000years old tree decided to adventure and explore and check the tree out… amazing! The path to the tree is through a suggestive resort in pirate style.
With bar and restaurant. The gorgeous Lady even offered me a sample which was lovely and we got 2 iced coffee as well. There’s a swimming pool and the chance to swim and snorkel . Would definitely go back when we visit Lanta again.

Nice place, beautiful beach. We got shakes and spend an hour on the beach, romantic places.

THE most chill spot on the island, great food, great smoothies and herbs. The location is unbeatable and the staff out of this world friendly. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Will be back 100%. The sculptures everywhere and the old tree- wow!

Very specially decorated place at the very edge of Southern part of the island with very special duplex ships-bungalows, a pool watching the sea and very friendly owner. You will be perfectly enjoy your stay if you are driven by adventurous spirit and less by luxury. I would warmly recommend this place 👌

This place is not completely open 100% and not fully oprerated just yet but you can stop by they serve cool drink and place to hang out so you chill out nice quiet place I love it

Beautifull, calm place with few people where you can chill in the shadow with a good drink in your hand. Freindly owner trying to reconstruct the place. If you want to stay somewhere peaceful for few hours I have to recommend this place.

It's not open yet, as renovations are still going on after the resort went broke during Covid. But it's going to be a very special place, the resort at the end of the road

Nice area. If you go to the jungle, watch out for dangerous venomous snakes!

The only person still around told me the place close down during covid. It's worth the trip if you like abandoned places and a good bike ride since the road is in very good condition with beautiful landscapes. Must have been a very cool spot before covid. Hope somebody will recover this place and bring it back to its former glory.

Such a shame this place is not working anymore.. I hope someone will reinvest in it really soon, it's a paradise!!
