The best car rental experience ever with OK MOBILITY. I’ve rented car many times from different companies in different countries but in Istanbul OK MOBILITY is the best so far. Staff will always help you in any way that they can. Vehicles are new and clean with unlimited mileage. Special thanks to the Store Manager Mr. Huseyin Sanli and Delivery point gentleman Mr. Mustafa. I had an excellent experience with IST staff. It was a problem with my bill extra charges and Mr Husyain the branch manger was honestly an amazing outstanding person explained to me all my bill in details and documented it by email and invoices. He was so nice and calm dealing with me all the time knowing that I was asking him too many questions to understand my problem but was not hesitated to offer me all I need. Well done Ok Mobility IST. You are the best in comparison with other rental company offering a brand new CLEAN vehicles and you do care of your clients. Highly recommended thank you

The best car rental experience ever. I’ve been to over 15 countries and rented a car many times. But these guys are the best so far. They will help you in any way that they can—special thanks to Mr Sanli and Mr Baran. I will not look for any other company in İstanbul Airport to rent a car. I hope they will have other offices around Turkiye soon.

I had read the reviews and terrified as to what might happen when I get to their counter, I kept my booking as ok mobility was the only company that allows drivers with licence less than a year old, so I risked it and my expectations were exceeded.

First of, I got there 4 hours before my booking, and they still gave me the car without any extra charge.

The car was a 2023 mokka opel, in immaculate condition. From the moment I said hello to when they told me where to go to pick up the car it took roughly 20mins, and the friendly staff came and looked at all the scratches and told me to double check and gave me a form with all of those noted on.

I returned the car with full tank and they did release my deposit as promised (some reviews said that they still charge you for that). Overall, a big thumbs up! If they used to be as bad as the reviews state, then they have really got their act together. Will definitely use them again!

By far the best car hire company in turkey. Thanks again for the great service. A big thank you also to baran töreli, who took care of everything. Definitely to be recommended.

Yorumlardan dolayı endişeliydim ama ofiste Yaşar Bey ve teslim almada Mustafa Beyin cana yakın, samimi iletişimi ile rahatladım. Sorunsuz aracımı aldım. Sigorta da zorunlu değil isterseniz yaptırıyorsunuz. Deponun dolu teslim edilmesi de harika. Bayram dönemi olmasına rağmen aracı sorunsuz akdım ve teslim ettim.
