Never bought Redwing boots before. Made it to the store right before closing. Salesman stayed late to make sure I got the right boot and insert. Great service, Thank you.

I was looking for a light weight casual boot and Chad and Kai helped me find just the right thing. The Irish Setter 50 is awesome! No break in and super comfortable. They did a cool scan and found the perfect fit and even hooked me up with an orthotic and some great socks. Friendly service from people that really know their products is hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend going in and checking them out.

Went in with my husband for him to get new work boots- worked with Chad. He was super helpful and looked up different pairs then what was in the store and I ended up getting a pair of work boots too- solely because he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciate that this store can offer this kind of customer service as it is a rarity these days. Shoes are super comfortable too.

Kai did an amazing job assisting me with finding the right shoe for the job. I’ve gone to Red Wing in the past and have never been let down. This is why they have survived the test of time. You get what you pay for. This place is quality.

Was needing footwear for my field of work! Chad sized me up their scanner got me into their insoles. Turns out I have higher arches never knew that before. For sure go to this store for your boot and comfort needs! ;)

Chad was one of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve ever had sell me boots. I needed steel toed boots and I’ve always hated my feet getting cold during the winter. Chad made sure to tell me about composite toes and my first day out on the job site my toes were as warm as could be. Thanks, Chad!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable. One staff member was training another and I appreciated how open they were to the training in front of me. I needed a steel toe boot in 30 minutes and needed to get to a job site. They clearly identified the differences in the different shoes, made recommendations and I was able to quickly make a decision based on my needs without confusion. I originally wasn't going to go to Red Wing shoes, but after my experience, will definitely come back.

Salesman could not have been more helpful. He guided me through the digital scan sizing process and advised on how to adjust sizing for the heritage line. I would have never picked the correct size myself. Boots are perfect out of the box and I just wish I could have given this store credit after doing a bit more research and ordering myself online.

Kai was very pleasant and knowledgeable! She offered great options for me and helped me pick just the right boot for me! Im very grateful for her expertise and ResWing Shoes! My plantar fasciitis is now on the mend!

I will never buy anywhere else! After having surgery on my ankle these guys took their time to make sure I had the right size and support I needed for my fat ankle! My job makes me wear safety toes so this worked out all the way around!!

Called To see if they had a pair of my shoes in stock and they did. Walked in later in the afternoon to pick them up and was greeted nicely. Had me try on the shoes and verified everything is correct. I love this store!!!
