Really great location, best place around Indianapolis to buy Gunpla since the south side location shut down. Their supply can be low sometimes and the wait for new items is sporadic and especially some of the paint colors like black can be hard to find. All the employees have been very helpful and nice to chat with. The discounts/coupons are handy too.

The folks here are beyond any measure of helpful and informative whether just getting your feet wet with a new hobby or seeing what's new with an old one.

An hour can go by quickly looking at all there is to see. There are puzzles and models for enthusiasts of all varieties for every skill level. Entry to Expert.

My favorite find was their 3D build kits (enormous selection of builds) that started at $12-15 and come with everything that's needed. I picked up a Blue Angel kit that was a little over $20

Projects & Models based in Land (extensive Rail collection), Sea, Air, and Space are here. Fictional and historically accurate kits alike are well represented.

Among so many items to see, you'll find some Lego sets likely not seen anywhere else.

If you need an upper control arm or fresh set of bushings for your 1:16 1972 RC Bronco, they'll have it (along with the pointers of putting them in)!

Best Hobby Shop in the State. Great selection of RC, trains, models, etc. Been coming here for years and never disappoints. Also neat to see new things coming out. Staff is very knowledgeable with friendly attitude toward newcomers.

This place is so cool! I will definitely be back to buy toys or craft kits as gifts for my nieces and nephews. Lots of great educational and creative gifts for kids and adults alike.

This shop is a gem! There are very few hobby shops in business today. They had a very good selection of model railroad equipment and supplies, along with many other different hobbies.

Got some model kits here and the prices were awesome! Better than a lot of what I saw online! Awesome customer service, the workers knew a lot about model kits and were able to answer all my questions and help me get the right stuff. I will definitely be coming back!

Very helpful and friendly people. I have electric and nitro rc's and they almost always have the parts I need.

Wonderful, decently sized store with mostly fair pricing. Their primary hobbies seem to be RC *both air and ground*, and trains, but they have a good variety of model kits *including gundam and some other Japanese properties like digimon and kamen rider*, and warhammer 40k. If you're into any of those, this place is a MUST visit.

The store had an incredible selection of many different things. I found what I was looking for and more. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely can’t wait to finish my modeling project and return for more!

Very nice and helpful staff. They even charged my son's battery that my charger wouldn't charge so he could drive it while we were in Indy for the day.

Great Place to shop. Now carry 40k and a handful of other board games. Unfortunately little to no Sigmar. Great paint options. The train and RC selection seems pretty unreal but that’s not reallly my jam meaning I don’t know how awesome it really is. I I Would love to see some people playing in the shop and I think that’s on its way. Really impressed to see such a cool place for kids of all ages to play.

HobbyTown had a really nice selection for purchase, including more Warhammer miniatures than I normally see at game stores. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.

HobbyTown is a long standing and always reliable store for models, RC, miniatures, and so much more. If you need it, they have it, if not, they probably can get it. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Great gift options there too. Definitely a go to for me for gifts, RC parts and models.

We get my son's model railroad parts here. He's thinking of getting into RC airplanes and rocketry and they carry a wide assortment of kits for every age group and ability level.
