I was very sick and after having to go 3 different walk in clinics and the wait time being over an hour I decided to go to the ER. Once I arrived it didn’t take them long to get me back there and taken care of. Mike my nurse in the ER was super amazing and actually cared about me and how I was feeling. He was always checking on me. I wish I knew his last name but I hope this finds him. Mike, you’re amazing and passionate about your patients. If stars were a scale you’d be a SUPERSTAR!!!!!!!

We are from out of town and shortly after arriving here, I fell and hurt my knee and hand. The ER staff was absolutely wonderful. I was X-rayed quickly and given fantastic care. My husband and I are so thankful to have been treated in this caring facility.

I was cared for in labor and delivery at 5 months pregnant with a gunshot wound to the leg.my nurse, Emily stump , was a God send. She kept me calm and breathing while in trauma and was by my side for everything I needed for my stay. There's no way I could ever repay this woman.she definitely made my stay alot easier and I will forever be grateful for that . Thank you EMILY from one very scared mama who just needed to know her unborn baby was okay

The staff in Labor & Delivery made my birth the most beautiful experience. Everyone was so gentle, attentive, supportive, and uplifting. I would recommend Centerpoint and Independence Womens clinic to anyone in their pregnancy journey!

Danielle Boguslaw was AMAZING! She was so sweet & helpful & made the visit 10x better! I’m glad I got her for a nurse. Her assistant lady was also very sweet & helpful, can’t remember her name! But 10/10 service

I recently delivered our baby at Centerpoint and have no complaints. Our tour of the facilities was thorough beforehand. Registration was quick & easy when we arrived. Our labor and delivery nurse, Ashley, was amazing from the time we met. She even got some amazing pictures of our delivery - that meant so much. Dr Moreno was great during delivery and so supportive and kind. Every nurse we came into contact with during our stay was caring and treated us with the best care! I will definitely return to Centerpoint to deliver again. I don’t have anything negative to say about the labor and delivery unit, at all!

I arrived in the ER in bad shape. The staff recognized that and immediately started to work on me. I was in the hospital 9 days. All the staff was professional, friendly and efficient. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring. The best food was the pot roast and mashed potatoes and gravy. They had good toilet paper, not the thin shiny stuff.

Wonderful care!!! Dr Moreno is the best… many years of dealing with issues and doctors not listening I found her and love her and her staff. Center point is a beautiful facility and everyone in survey were so amazing!!!! I will drive the 1.5 hours every time to go to her!

On the day of my procedure everyone that I encountered from the hospital was very pleasant and very attentive to the time factor that I had to wait on which surprises me I had never been treated like that at a hospital before. When the attending nurse that was going to do the procedure called me and she apologized repeatedly because the machine wasn't set up and I had to wait, that was fine no problem she was very nice pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen. During the whole procedure she kept explaining and kept me well informed. I wish I could have remembered her name cuz she was very very pleasant and a good representative of your hospital. And if I have any friends or family members that need something done I would recommend CenterPoint very highly.

Had a awsome experience alot of realy awsome nurses kept my identity hidden from ap's got some healing and an awsome unique ct scan the right way rickmond MO hospetal did not give me iv drip in mri nothing against anyone but it's my life I'm damaged enough mci has very caring nurses I feel a sense of safeness when they help me get well ap's did find me unfortunately after mri ct scan yah what they don't know is I know . Here's the fact my organs were sold on dark web when I was a kid but I'm still here I know it's protocall too ask have you had any surgeries I tell them no and they don't want too scare me but I know :) I may even have a heart pump aswell if I could have one wish it would be for them too tell me all about it I would be so interested I've changed since being a bad kid I'm an awsome guy now I'm sober an I do not speak too myself only when I'm thirsty next time I will bring snacks and drink it's cool how they have a long range medic protection system I would park an rv out there too stay protected morphine worked amazing but weared off too fast and I felt amazing when I left even though no sleep wich that usually never happens I just wish they had a bedroom availble next time I need longer too sleep and more private ill bring my phone charger too all I need is too be surgery an zzz' I'm BIG and I have been clearing my system fasting for this my toby is ready too be surgion I accept all the terms and conditions I need them Corgans haha 😇 co ouch mine hurts he's hitting it my pumps hacked its going in and out he's playing it like a video game tell him too stop it kurt stop please

I’ve been here for 3 days now and have been treated so good. Going to have PH here also, let everyone know how it’s been. I will say in the last few years I’ve been in other area hospitals, and would leave with bruises all up and down my arms. Here for the amount of blood draws, I only have 2 bruises and no misses.

Came to hospital in a ambulance. They were so busy, had to stay in hall. Everyone that there was very concerned with my privacy. Went to room after 2-3 hrs.. Every person that contact with my health was smiling, and very polite. The nurses were amazing. I was treated like a person, not a number.

past week-end in hospital. All the nursing staff were EXCELLENT, personable, and made you feel like you were important to them. They really cared like I was family! made the situation easier and calmer. Bless all of them!

Ii were for my annual mammogram. I was greeted with smiles and 2 very friendly helpful ladies. 8 only had a few minutes wait. I was taken back and had a very positive experience. Michelle was my technician and she made me feel very comfortable and she immediately but me at ease. I've always been very well treated at Centerpoint . I highly recommend this Medical Center for any medical needs.

I had an outpatient procedure with the potential for a lot of pain. I was treated very courteously and was put at ease by the tech who helped. Per my request, both the tech and doctor talked me through the procedure in the most painless way possible. I literally felt no discomfort. When the tech helped me to get ready to leave and walked my down the hall to leave. I'm very happy with the great service I received!

For me, everything turned out well. I spent a LOT of time at this hospital in the years following my colon cancer diagnosis. 5 1/2 years later, my oncologist just told me I'm all done. No more follow ups, ever. I cried like a baby walking out of there for (hopefully) the last time ever.

The doctors were patient and thoughtful and they know what they are doing. They listened. They did not over-prescribe drugs, nor did they under-prescribe. I felt they got it just right. All the nurses were terrific.

I had a heart procedure. The staff was wonderful.Explained every step that would happen.. As I was wheeled to the lab, I was greeted by every nurse, that would be getting me ready. I can not thank them enough for making a scary moment, easy to go through. You will be in good hands with all the Doctors.Thank you!

I had an EEG and a MRI- both were scheduled consecutively which I appreciated. The staff was very helpful at admissions. The EEG and MRI staff explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

I have nothing but good things to say about my 3 nights stay. The staff was very responsive at all time. The nurses and the doctors were attentive and did a great job. The room was very clean and comfortable.

My wife and I went in to check if her water broke. We were admitted and the staff of doctors and nurses steered us through labor and delivery, and a few extra days to see of mom and baby were OK. Great service and care from the nurses and doctors, too many to list but all competent and caring.
