AT&T Store

AT&T has fast friendly successful people, polite. We switched one phone and bought a brand new one. Transferred information to one phone, bought accessories and new phone as well. Very happy with AT&T. Thank you Jenny. Would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. Thank you

Matt was very knowledgeable, we had 5-10 Mins to browse new phones, while he helped another client. We merged plans & bought 2 new phones from him! He took his time with us, answered all of my husbands questions, and overall impressed us with the visit!

Jeff was super knowledgeable, helpful, patient and pleasant. You need more associates like him in that store.

In the past our experience in that store wasn't that great.

I went into the store trying to compare Sprint prices with AT&T, and Bryant helped us.
I not only got a better phone and phone company I also made a friend. I highly recommend going to the store all of the employees were very friendly we had to wait a small wait but it was totally worth it to us.

I came in to get a new phone my old phone the charging port was wore out. I was helped by Jenny who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different phones. I was considering a pixel 7 it looked good and the installment plan was affordable. Then Jenny recommended the S 23 she said it was a better model and I was eligible to get a trade in credit. With no installment plan it was a win win situation.

Meredith was wonderful. She helped me take care of a serious phone/app need.

I was met at the door by Brandon! He immediately got to working on my phone issues. Matt joined us as well as a mentor! He also was able to address some of my issues as well. I left happy and well satisfied!!

My husband and I went into the store a few weeks ago comparing pricing for new iPhones! Esau, helped us find the right price for our budget, and has been the most helpful rep. Helping us get new phones, setting them up, helping us with questions after the fact, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also his manager Josh was so so so helpful in the process as well! We worked with Jenni, she was hospitable, friendly, works well with kids too. She helped me, a newly single mom, navigate setting up a new phone for my daughter. We will definitely return if we need anything else.

I guess the first positive experience I've had with a mobile phone dealership deserves a good review! Worked with a gentleman named Hem, him's is pretty coo! Listened and understood what I was looking for, went the extra mile to meet our needs and expectations. Was a great salesman, offered us what we needed, showed us what we wanted but never made us feel pressured to buy anything. The store management was fantastic as well. The only strange part of the experience was the disco ball that comes out of the ceiling every day at 1 p.m. for their daily disco dance party...I'm not going to lie, it did make me uncomfortable at first, but it ended up being pretty fun.

They are definitely a team here, I walked in there after YEARS of being with sprint. I not only saved money, got a new phone, but met the most amazing set of team members. We talked about plans, phones, personal life, we made jokes and everything in-between! I absolutely love my new service, it doesn't cut out in certain areas of Independence, my internet loads faster. I enjoy it all. Thank you so much to everyone in that store.

Bryant took all of our stress away switching from T mobile and and coming over to At&t got played from target when we Tried to go through their promotion came directly into the at&t store and Bryant heard our cry’s and went above and beyond to make sure he took care of us 100% recommend

Love the service I received from this particular ATT store. Ask for Bryant Gregg, took care of me and my lady’s problems until it got resolved. Also a great salesman, you will walk away buying something new and saving money. The whole team was great. Keep it up.

Bryant was very helpful and helped me get some excellent discounts I did not know about! With my long day here he made sure I was took care of and I love that. When you go ask for him ! He’s your guy.

I went to the AT&T store. Jeff greeted me. Bryant helped me get the wrong S22 phone from a previous salesperson, not at his store shipped back. He also informed me about the S23 Ultra and the trade-in deal that the last salesman should've told me about when my phone was confirmed returned. I went and spoke to Korey, who ordered my S23 Ultra phone and let me know it would take a week for me to receive it. I received my correct phone in less than a week. I returned to the store, and Hem helped me get my new phone up and running. Jabriel helped with replacing my sim card for my new phone and erased all my content in my old phone.
Everyone was pleasant, had a great atmosphere, was attentive, and cared about my customer experience.
