Jerry Istas is our landlord and we mainly work with Marye in the office. Every time we've submitted a maintenance request they've had someone out same day and the problem is usually resolved within a few days. We had a tree root problem in the past month that was causing drainage problems. They were very good at communicating with us and keeping us up to date via email and phone calls. Everyone has been friendly and honest about what to expect. We have yet to have a complaint with Landmark Realty and honestly, they've been the best management company that I've worked with over the past few years I've been in school. Would highly recommend!
