Kelly Grove Park

Hidden gem of a park. Good and well maintained hiking trails and nice fire pit area in the woods. Lansing Parks Department is very accommodating for our Cub Scouts.
Only down side to the whole park is lack of parking (we parked at the church across the street) and traffic noise.

I went here with my side, parks are where we meet. Liked this a lot!

Nice Park

No parking lot, no bathrooms, no real signs beyond the park entrance. But a good campfire pit and a few benches with a small walking trail (not marked) beyond that.

Worked well for the cub scout cookout but not a place I'd recommend going just for a walk or to bring the kids.

A small park, with 1 picnic table, a few sitting benches. There's an unpaved trail that loops in a large circle, through a small field and back to the park area (maybe 1000 - 1500 feet). There is no playground. It's a nice quiet place (except busy road nearby) for a picnic and easy walk with family or dog. Parking at church across street. There is another entrance up, just past the trees to the east with 2-3 parking spaces. It has a memorial marker, indicating a trail donated in memory of Joseph Nugent Kelly. This may be a 2nd trail on the east side of 9 Mile Creek (on the outside of the farm field), but I didn't hike that one and not sure if you could cross the creek back to the park.
